Both entities are separate from one another. Spin Master produces Monster Jam-licensed products while Hot Wheels produces their own brand under their own licensed names.
Spin master monster jam, bought out Mattel monster trucks at Target stores, to push their products! Thats very products hogs! Not funny! That basically says, spin master doesn't like competition, wahh! I like a variety of products, but when a company BUYS out a place like Target, it makes me wonder! Spin master pushed out Hotwheels Monster Truck!
