If you add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and a tablespoon of melted butter to your glaze it will set like an icing and taste FABULOUS!! Thanks for the easy recipes, guys! You are so for real! I am one of those limited movement individuals and deal with constant pain. I look for these types of easy but tasty recipes. Negative people do not take time to think of others. I TG for people like you.
Thank you for this almost home-made recipe! I'm taking this to my next church potluck! Going to also do peach, pineapple and apple with the glaze made with vanilla and butter. 😋
I'm going to try this. It looks delicious. I'm going to make a buttercream frosting like I would for cinnamon rolls. You did this demonstration really well. Thank you. I'm going to try.😊
Try a little mozzarella cheese in the hole first, then a pre cooked meat ball, then a tablespoon of tomato sauce & top with more cheese. Bake 350 for 20 minutes
The only thing I would do differently is melt a stick of butter and pour it down the sides of the rolls before baking it in the oven. I think that it would take it to the next level of yummy.
You remind me so much of my daughter Katie when she wanted to cook but wasn't quite big enough to turn loose in the kitchen by herself. Back then I just let her experiment & the more she did the better she became. You are just to cute. Your facial expressions are so similar. Her eyes are like yours. She'd get so excited & proud of herself. Also once her Dad said it's delicious it made her so happy & she was always a happy girl... Our biggest problem was finding the easier & simple recipes that she was able to handle mostly on her own. Back then ready-made croissant was popular & made several different things with the. dough both savory and sweet. It was such a joy watching her find her way of doing things but if she needed me I was close by to assist. Not sure if you realize how wonderful & kid friendly these are. Love this ideas. It's a good recipe for adults but youngsters just learning.. Now that I've found you I'll check out some of your other recipes because now I'm teaching my 9 & 11 year old granddaughters Zoey & Rorey find their way around the kitchen. They come stay with me every other weekend. So this is a prefect recipe for them. You just can't go wrong with Hawaiian rolls, cream cheese & canned pie filling. I believe we'll use them more like a breakfast danish without the ice cream but with ice cream that certainly something they'd enjoy as well You did a great job sweetie. I Thank you for sharing & keep developing recipes cause you're good at it.. 😊
Girl this looks good 👍🏼 I am definitely trying this out and its so easy wow thank you for sharing this with us ❤much blessings 🙏🏼keep up the great job 👍🏼from Diana Vasquez ❤
I'm glad there's much nicers comments on here, I watched another one of her recipes and the bullying was unbelievable. She's only young, I think your doing a great job.
I agree and what people don't realize is some of us have adult children that are disabled. These recipes and her Channel give them a sense of Independence when they can keep focused for short amount of time and she's very encouraging. It gives them the ability to be independent and see that they have created something on their own. Not everyone is as advanced as these nasty commenters apparently are!
I've seen other versions of this recipe since last week, but so far I like this one this one the best. These resemble danish pastries. I would add a little more glaze. Does anyone have an idea in making bear claws out of Hawaiian rolls?
Thank you for this amazing looking recipe. Am going to try it with a row of pineapple, blueberries, and appels. But will need to figure out what to use for sweet rolls, I don't think we have these kind in ontario.
How about using refrigerated crescent rolls that come in a can. Like Pillsbury. Bake them first then make a hole in the middle and put in cheese and filling etc. and then bake again as Justine instructed.
Now this would also be nice with a cuban style sandwich slider or posibly even making a spinach dip and putting it in the middle Hawaiian rolls can be used so many ways another thing i would do is make like a jalopeno popper center with ground sausage
The voice of a kindergarten teacher….My soul must be black, cause I’ve never been so peppy happy in my life! As for the recipe, I think I’d do a cheesecake batter with the cream cheese first for taste a texture, and a icing drizzle on top, or a course sugar cinnamon glaze, but looks delicious
Yes, I would add the vanilla and the butter to the frosting, but not melted butter as I think the glaze is too thin. Also, I would sprinkle the tops of the rolls with large sugar crystals before baking.

You should try filling those with ham and cheese and then brushing them with melted honey mustard flavored butter.
That sounds great. Ham & cheese.
I love this! I like baked goodies, but don't enjoy baking. Simple recipes like this make my day. It reminds me of danishes.
I'm going to try this. It looks delicious. I'm going to make a buttercream frosting like I would for cinnamon rolls. You did this demonstration really well. Thank you. I'm going to try.😊
Using the glaze on French toast is a great idea! I’ll add some vanilla too.

Everyone is so creative!
Had to laugh..
But this a good treat😅
Pushing the tops down also probably helps the filling not make the bottom of the roll soggy.
Look delicious 😋 thanks for this recipe only thing different I'd do is use more filling 😊
Wow that looks good!!
They look good going to try this ,thank you
I saw a different recipe using the rolls, she took out the squares, I like your idea of smashing them down in the middle!
It was nice using rolls if you're in a pinch. But using hot buttered rolls was deeeelicious! Thanks for the idea.
Yuuummm new subscriber Will definitely be trying this .... Thank You So Much
Beautiful, young and knows how to cook it!!!
You are so good!
Extra icing should mean pouring in right out of the bowl! 🤤
Yeah, I would have turned the bowl over the rolls and used a spatula to drop every ounce of the icing on them. You know, so nothing's wasted 😉
Amazing, putting on my list
Justine you have the coolest inventions for dessert making. You never seize to amaze me . Thank you ✌🏻

Awesome
I coming to your house for dessert. This looks so easy and delicious 💕💕😍😍
Looks great from Alabama
@Justine'skitchen where did you get your butter cutter
Yes, I would add the vanilla and the butter to the frosting, but not melted butter as I think the glaze is too thin.
Also, I would sprinkle the tops of the rolls with large sugar crystals before baking.
Wow, those look really good. I'm not a fan of the Hawaiian rolls, but I think I can eat them this way!!! 😋🤤👍🏼🥐🍒🫐
I feel my blood sugar going through the roof just watching this. It’s like a danish without any hassles.
