I really like the layout of this EGP. Very bright and also I love the open layout. I would have loved to see the amenities. My favorite amenities is still TRAG.
1.2 million dollars or a 1374 SF apartment make for a bad investment. A FDIC insured US - CD would currently yield $72,000 in yearly interest. This is a poor investment by US standards. I could rent a 2 bedroom in BGC for under $28,000 so why buy? Speculation has over-inflated the RE in the BGC market.
