Interesting video. Right now there's a really hot debate in Chile on the pension system. The chilean pension system seems to work like a mix between the second and third pillars of the dutch pension system (workers make payments to a private insurance company that invests their pension savings in stocks and bunds and the returns go to a personal account from which money is drawn out every month once you retire). However, this system is deemed as terrible by most chilean workers because they get very low pension payments (many get around 30% or the minimum wage). However, most of them only pay about 15 years of contributions during their working years. It's interesting to analyze how other pension systems work.
One of the main reasons of the growing unemployment is the automation of jobs. What about focusing more in taxing companies by what they produce or what they sell in NL, instead of by focusing in the worker. Finding a good balance between the workers taxes and this production/sales taxes could be the solution

And we pay only 10% of our salaries, so there is that
If everyone's entitlement is 50% or 70% what happens with the remaining 30-50% ?

One biggest question: Why people retired at 2010 are still alive when the working people retire at 2050?😅
