Cut the thermocol board according to that shape first, then to curve that flat shaped board to a spherical rounded shaped head, you've to remove some of those thermocol balls by blade or micro cutter. You can also curve it with your fingers using pressure.

Its very interesting. Superb. But i didnt get u. I watched it many times but still have no idea abt hw make it because it is too fast. At first i am confused about selecting proper shell to make this. Can u please make this video one more time in slow🙏
For Head, Select an almost round shaped shell. For Body, select a larger or wider one. And for legs, select a smaller part, set them properly befor final attachment. Then make holes using screw driver or drilling tools. Then attach them and bind them with rope internally. Then follow the steps...
We are sorry that you are facing problem for the fast speed. you can go to the video setting on right side corner (while playing youtube) and you will find the option "playback speed" , kindly change it to 0.5x from normal.
Hey.. You pasted thin horns in the video at 1.31 min but while showing at 1.40 min, the entire head of the owl is covered. Besides the horna seem conical too... have you skipped showing something? I am trying to make this but even after playing repeatedly, I am unable to replicate...
Sorry for that mistake. I skipped that part mistakenly. You can make that part by cutting the thermocol into 3 corners and making two horns. To keep it stable, you can put another triangle on the back of it. And to make the head cover, you can make the thermocol thinner with the pressure of the pen, you have to cover it with glue.
