So, this means 19 September through 25 October is when the markets have been crashed. We need to move our money no later than 18 September and keep it safe until after 25 October. EN so true. We bought our house in 2008 and even tho we had 40% down with credit score of 820 it took us quite some time for the bank to approve us. Never thought it would be that difficult to get a loan. 🤔

No ninja.. people not qualifying is not what caused it.. it might have been part of it but that is not all of the story. The cause was because houses were going up in value by a crazy amount. Some assholes on WallStreet thought to package houses up into derivatives... in this instance security backed loans. Those were then graded AAA by the rating agencies because no one thought folks would not pay their mortgages... therefore a really safe investment. Once the down turn happened because folks caught wind of lots of folks that really should have never been given a loan a loan ... and not just on one property but lots of property, like a stripper in Florida's owning 4 houses etc. And the figured out that those derivitaves that caused the bubble where not near worth what folks said they were. That is what caused the GFC. Folks after the fact could not qualify for loans because they should have never qualified for them in the first place. The deriviates market and bubble in housing prices because of those deriviates... and Wall Street being in bed with the rating agencies did. This is a very important distinction. Todays housing bubble is the same but different. It is caused by rich boomer and coporations coming in and buying up single family homes. There is no housing shortage. There is an affordability crisis. bubble pop this one is no different except this time it is 5 times as big as what caused the GFC. Those derivatives are still alive in well... folks just call them something different. They are now called REITS and ETFs and single day options. We learned nothing. So while I agree with you that it is going to pop. I disagree with your assessment of what caused the GFC. People need to know that distinction ... if they don't they don't know the why something is going to happen. So I will lay out how this house market (and the other are going to pop). We are in late cycle, buisnesses (over 7000 zombies) are starting to go under in mass. Unemployment picks up... folks that bought any house or car in the last 2 to 3 years will be under water... they will walk away just like they did in the GFC. Next we get a liquidity, collateral, and credit crisis all at the same time. Thanks for helping folks out ... just make sure you get the fact correct first. It matters.

This time the government, federal reserve can fill a void of trillions if needed. I have emergency funds, a side hustle. A simple life and budget bills in my small paid for house. I walk daily to motivate, some in June 24 aware, some unaware, some on benefits and not affecting, you can see more homeless etc and more job loss. I sold my parents house rip in 3 weeks in march 23. Its june 24 I pass 2 houses on way to supermarket still on market 7 months later.?? I aware.

They crash the markets ONLY when there is a Republican president and in Libra season. Yes, Libra, as in Zodiac sign. Look at every date of every crash ever and look who was president. If we want to truly help people protect themselves and their investments then spread what I just said. Libra dates are 23 September through 22 October. Virgo-Libra cusp is 19-25 September. Libra-Scorpio cusp dates are 19-25 October. So, this means 19 September through 25 October is when the markets have been crashed. We need to move our money no later than 18 September and keep it safe until after 25 October.

No ninja.. people not qualifying is not what caused it.. it might have been part of it but that is not all of the story. The cause was because houses were going up in value by a crazy amount. Some assholes on WallStreet thought to package houses up into derivatives... in this instance security backed loans. Those were then graded AAA by the rating agencies because no one thought folks would not pay their mortgages... therefore a really safe investment. Once the down turn happened because folks caught wind of lots of folks that really should have never been given a loan a loan ... and not just on one property but lots of property, like a stripper in Florida's owning 4 houses etc. And the figured out that those derivitaves that caused the bubble where not near worth what folks said they were. That is what caused the GFC. Folks after the fact could not qualify for loans because they should have never qualified for them in the first place. The deriviates market and bubble in housing prices because of those deriviates... and Wall Street being in bed with the rating agencies did. This is a very important distinction. Todays housing bubble is the same but different. It is caused by rich boomer and coporations coming in and buying up single family homes. There is no housing shortage. There is an affordability crisis. bubble pop this one is no different except this time it is 5 times as big as what caused the GFC. Those derivatives are still alive in well... folks just call them something different. They are now called REITS and ETFs and single day options. We learned nothing. So while I agree with you that it is going to pop. I disagree with your assessment of what caused the GFC. People need to know that distinction ... if they don't they don't know the why something is going to happen. So I will lay out how this house market (and the other are going to pop). We are in late cycle, buisnesses (over 7000 zombies) are starting to go under in mass. Unemployment picks up... folks that bought any house or car in the last 2 to 3 years will be under water... they will walk away just like they did in the GFC. Next we get a liquidity, collateral, and credit crisis all at the same time. Thanks for helping folks out ... just make sure you get the fact correct first. It matters.
