In my region, Alsace, there are no tolls except on the A4 going to Paris, and in Brittany too, there are no "autoroute" but expressways limited to 110 km/h and free.

I don't use toll roads in case of possibility... You'll have to spend 2-3 hours more to use country roads. In France "route nationale"
