The point of SIlent Films is that they DID NOT NEED COMMENTARY. It is incredibly asinine for someone to do a voice over commentary to something that we can see is happening. May the people who adulterated this once great film move into a house with pealing paint on all walls inside and outside causing them all the joys of dust that an old house can give them. Otherwise, this was a complete waste of time.

Although, I cannot picture a woman sticking her tongue out at a cop. Not very lady-like. Or was it to get citizens ready to accept the idea of immigrant cabbies, who care not for authority figures?
