You can daily drive it. I drove our 19 SS FROM Ontario Canada to Florida, no issues, comfortable and reliable. Have the 10 speed auto, highway mileage is very good.
I’ve got a 2017 , 6 speed. And I love it. The new design of the tail lights is the only thing I just can’t get with. They still have the same horsepower, they haven’t increased it. So I’m gonna stay with what I have. I was gonna trade it in for an auto. (So my wife could drive it). But then I was like. What am I crazy. I don’t want her driving my shit.
Both have their own advantages. I’ve got a ‘14 r/t challenger & ‘18 SS manual. The challenger is a great daily driver, better visibility. The camaro is a lot faster, shitty blind spot, more fun(manual), no room in side car, where as challenger is wayy more “roomier”
I have the LT1, same color, Black wheels from Redline edition, I mean who care's about butt warmers and heated steering wheel? ( fluff) and that color LED lighting on the doors , save that for your Town car. My LT has a little more aggressive look too.
The taillights 🤦♂️ the Front light 🤦♂️the face 🤦♂️the ugly hood 🤦♂️ no wonder nobody wants the new refresh camaro. It looks like Chevrolet took a step back .

Pretty much the same like my 2019 2SS. The only difference is the bow tie location in the front lol
now that's the perfect seat set up; that new camera mirror makes a world of difference lol

I drove a V6 for a year or so. I enjoyed it. Wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was worth it. 😉 And this one gets 16 city, 25 hwy
The SS is not about saving on gas. If that's an issue , don't get one. It's good for the power. Me? I could care less.

Yes, I believe it had dual-mode exhaust though, so added option from factory.
