I’ll never understand how the “leadership” role expects or (even believes) there’s potential for fulfilling their own responsibilities- leading a team of people, whom chose to take on the role, to “be” _______ (whatever employment position accepted), when they chose to invalidate “the human being”, for showing they are , in fact a living person…
The lead by example, is flawed, at the root of the leadership role. Meaning, if they assume a person is faking anxiety, to get out of doing their role, what’s that say about them, as a human, taking on a leadership role?
Either, they themself, are guilty of this, seeing themself, hidden actions, through an employee, or they themself need a “break” to regroup thier own mental and emotional well being, if they have reached this point, meaning, they have developed an unhealthy perception pattern… underlying issue would be ones own ignored anxiety (within), expressed through a projection to invalidate, aka; masked “resentment”…

Feel better and take as long of a break as you need! Related to this: have you done a video on IIED? I would love to learn your take on valuations of these cases (assuming they go along with discrimination, retaliation, and/or harrassment). Would a diagnosis of PTSD isolated to this job, and not pre-existing be helpful?
And for me trying to tell they have hacked me my i.p and p.i dark web style and i had seizure stroke from the stress of it and just left my home to be homeless to try get away from it. No one helped me so with my tbi and seizures homeless i loss cognitive skills each day im rebuilding but also hacked my business and copycatted me for years

I never applied for anxiety depression i applied for physical and brain damage. Caused by many injuries and injury by husband to back and carpulltunnell from gm shop work all call centers and shops denied employment . And i had ptsd from my dog murdered . And after seizure after last company call center would not get me out of the life insurance i applied if kept as employee ..i was let go screamed at my previous employeer to get me out to point cops werecallrd so when i applied 7 months later to disability due to my seizures coming back numbness and alot other ailments to get help and heal i got approved suddenly after dog murdered never seeing what improved was.to then loose my pension i was promisee age 55 from previous job in michigsn not florida where call center job was i have no idea about anything that happened and yried since to figure out still no idea?

In NYS, do we have to pay taxes on settlements ? The fellow who was assigned to my NYS Division of Human Rights Case is no longer with the division, and I now have an attorney assigned to continue with settlement discussions. She asked if taxes were previously discussed and then asked if the settlement was backpay vs mental anguish. My case is against a Volunteer Fire Department, so it wouldn't be backpay. Is there a difference? Can employers pay the taxes on settlements?
