  • In this video we expand on the last video and discuss information gathering. We use a technique to avoid tunnel visioning and information overload.
We will then talk about how to use this information to most effectively fly your ship.

Really love the video, I think another useful video topic might be figuring out where to roam and how to find fights when you are roaming. I know the where to roam question is an always changing one but I remember when I started solo'ing finding fights is where I really had trouble.

Thanks for the idea! Might be the next one, because I don't have one planned yet. :)

As someone that more try to avoid pvp, seeing someone like BjornBee do insane things is quite fun, i can't tell if the ship attacking me has blasters or rails or tossing rocks at me, i just panic and do many mistakes :) getting better but i rather just mine my own business and build stuff :)

Hello. I wanted to say thank you for these amazing videos that you been posting recently. On the same note I would like to ask if you would concider teaming up with a grown up, yet newbie pilot. I have a great passion for this game and real life reasorces to commit for tge game but I never had a good teacher to take me under his wing.
In my opinion there is no better way to learn than to have a good teacher.
If you are willing to concider this, please contact me directly.

Can you explain more about choosing targets? For example, when you jump into a 1 Loki + 2 Sabre gate camp, using the Brutix NI, why did you decide to fight? Why didn't you target the Sabre instead?
Basically is there some way to learn that you can win a fight? Other than experience from losing ships and limit testing? Is it just that the base EHP on a Brutix is vastly higher than a Loki?

In this specific fight, the sabres would most likely have no impact on the fight. I locked them up just in case one scammed me, but the loki was the only threat.
The rapid light loki is always cloaky, xlasb. Ive died to the fit a lot in other ships. I know the brutix has enough raw dps and tracking to blast through a single xlasb, enough range to do damage if he gets out of web range, and enough tank to easily survive a clip of rapid lights.
But yes, it's mostly limit testing and knowing what your ships strengths and weaknesses. The brutix navy is kind of slow compared to a rapid light loki, but since I got a web on him I negated that advantage for a bit. You can see he actually does manage to pull range on me. I use my advantage of high close-mid range dps against his low tank.
Maybe that's what I'll do the next video on
