I really like how musical Decapitated is. They're really technically proficient in a way that a lot of metal bands lack, in that they can play fast, but they can also play SLOW. Like the guitar solos in "Homo Sum," which slow things WAY down, and go almost psychedelic, but without utterly destroying the overall pace of the song. Definitely one of my favorites.
I saw Decapitated many years ago in Bristol (UK) on my birthday. Some guy I met that day decided to crowd surf me. As I went up my glasses flew off of my face. It went wrong and I began to fall. He caught my shirt and it ripped all down the front. Then my jeans and underwear ended up around my ankles. I was blind and naked on the floor like a newborn. I eventually got my glasses back. I was reborn to Decapitated. Had a hell of a hangover the next day too. Please react to Evil Scarecrow.
Love these guys! The singer is an amazing dude and and incredible vocalist. He’s actually my vocal coach! If anybody here is looking to get into metal vocals/is already a vocalist and wants to improve- Rasta is your guy!
Glad you like Decapitated man. There one the most important death metal bands of today. I recommend checking out Swedish Death metal band Entombed - Wolverine Blues.
Hey man you should check out Loathe - It's Yours or Ember // The Road both top notch bands and songs! by the way love all of your reviews and just subscribed!
Randy Blythe once said while LoG had Decap touring with them that Willie Adler kept trying to learn Decapitated songs but couldn't play them properly because nobody riffs faster than Decapitated.
Day 69 Police Officer, has played it to me on my way to Pinellas County Jail (65 fucking days) He eventually asked me, if we even listen to any music in Poland... What a joke!
The last time you saw dreads like that was probably Brian Fair from Shadows Fall. They've fallen into obscurity lately, but if you like dreads, he has an enviable set.
Question you only do videos on music videos, never lyrics or still image videos, right? It seems like all the awesome songs I want to recommend don't have music videos :'(
cool tune criminal, sound a little like Dagoda should check those guys out if you like this kinda stuff, Believe they are a french metal band.but deff be checking this band out some more. thanks for the tunes man keep them coming
@@galacticriminalx Oh yeah, my favorite as well, but Earth Scar is so rad with all the time/ tempo changes, that it's so close, but to me Kill the Cult, with the incredible riffs, powerful drums, & the solo....what can be said other than KILLER!!!!!
I love ; Anticult and there latest Cancer Culture, just the solid mush of tech death with a bit of groove metal makes it hit even harder! Love decapitated definitely one of my favorite bands!🤘
Hello my favourite Canadian! Check out the band called Time The Valuator - they only have 2 songs out for now but they will both blow your head away, since you are open for different styles of music and those guys mix it up nicely! I recommend trying song Elusive Reasons first!!
If you haven't seen them already I'd recommend checking out Metsatoll. They're an Estonian folk metal band that uses a variety of older instruments in their music for a very unique sound, even among folk metal bands.
You should check out the song "Hang 'Em High" by Havok. It has a fun bass intro but the vocals are an acquired taste I guess. I'd still like to see what you think of them.
Highly surprised you didn't know of Decapitated, Krimh is their drummer, he's the same drummer from the band Septic Flesh. Decapitated's old drummer was the stuff of legend, he died in a bus crash in Poland and i think the old vocalist of the group is still in a coma to this day from the crash. Decapitated is A MA ZING band, one of my all time favorites, they have one of the heaviest breakdowns i've ever heard in any song in Decapitated - Post? Organic ruclips.net/video/4uPGScsVMQI/видео.html . They're older stuff is legendary, albums Nihility - Winds of Creation - The Negation are amazing. One of my all time favorite bands, i also like Kalmah/Chimaira/Septic Flesh/All Shall Perish/Job For A Cowboy. Oh and another thing about Decapitated, they have some the best lyrics but you gotta look them up. Most metal music i like is like Gospel music because they are always talking to or eluding to God even if it's in a negative atmosphere it's still about God and a relationship with him so it's like gospel music oddly enough. albums to check out by each band with song to check out Decapitated - The Negation - The Negation(gotta check the lyrics) Kalmah - For The Revolution - Towards The Sky Chimaira - Resurrection - Worthless Septic Flesh - Sumerian Daemons - Virtues Of The Beast All Shall Perish - The Price of Existence - The Last Relapse those aren't my absolute favorites by them from their respective albums but they are what I feel are good introductory samples, they have way more and way better songs on other albums too. Chimaira for instance is one of my favorite bands, their first album This Present Darkness is one of my all time fav albums, they sounded a little bit like a metal linkin park mix because they were just finding their sound and you can hear the what sounds like DJing record scratching in the background to some tracks which is interesting to hear during a metal song, and most of the songs end with the lead singer gasping for breath from the energy of the songs, it's bad ass, and of course the lyrics are awesome, one thing about Chimaira is the band is American so their lyrics are english and vocals are a little cleaner to understand than Polish/Greek type bands.
you should check out the song "Sick Boogie Murder" by the band Trepalium. French Metal band that incorporates a lot of Jazz elements. This song features a saxophone. Who doesn't love a good saxophone???
These intro's are getting better each time xD. Please react to Uneven Structure - Incube! You will not be disappointed. Would love to see what you think about it. Greetings from The Netherlands!
All right brother in beard! If you already know Behemoth and Decapitated, maybe it's good time to know another polish metal band? I propose ACID DRINKERS - BECOME A BITCH. Old style thrach metal from band with 31 years of history. ENJOY! \m/
Man i'm enjoying your channel for a long time but it's my first time commenting. Since you always want to try different stuff which is great for your subscribers, i wanted to suggest you something you would find really interesting and you haven't checked yet. You definitely should react to Merciless Times by MYRATH. From THE BEST ORIENTAL FOLK METAL ALBUM EVER. I guarantee that you will be shocked BIG TIME !
Boran Yalcin With all due respect Myrath is more of a pop metal band. Best Oriental? Very far fetched. Especially when bands like Orphaned Land, Melechesh or Aeternam are around
I really like Orphaned Land they're the pioneersa and I've seen them couple of times, listened the The Never Ending Way Of Orwarrior i don't know how many times. But for me Myrath's Tales Of the Sands is the best oriental metal album ever which i suggested Merciless Times from it. Their last album is kinda pop ish yeah i give you that but it's definitely not the case with Tales Of the Sands. About Melechesh, i like Ashmedi as a musician he's very versatile but i would define them as a black metal band with oriental influences. Haven't heard about the Aeternam, will check them out. Anyways i'll edit my comment from best oriental metal band to best oriental metal album ever which will be more suitable statement. Cheers!
Boran Yalcin You should definitely check Aeternam. they are from Canada, 3 albums out... something like the illegal child of behemoth, melechesh and orphaned land 😃 cheers
May you PLEASE do a reaction Video to a band that is from my hometown of Ocala???? The music video is called "Alive" from the band "Wage War" I'm actually in the video!!! Please!! Been a fan for a long time!! And this would make my whole year!! Stay metal man!
Bearded man! You gotta check out Russkaja! Look at that gentleman's beard. It is magnificent - as is their music. Austro - Soviet Turbo Polka Metal. Start with Change and Energia. Also, for more beard, listen to Barada. It's literally a song about beards. BEARDS!
Hey check out Cynic I know you love that vocoder singing. And well that's is mostly their vocals. Like the Album Focus, Traced in Air are both MASTERPIECES. They are at first a Technical/ Progressive Death Metal band and then they change more into a Progressive/ Space metal band.... but songs I recommend is How Could I, I'm But A Wave To.., The Space For This, Integal Birth.
Or Cattle Decapitation and the song manufactured extinction. I think it will open your eyes to really well written extreme metal with melody. JUST DO IT!
This gotta be the newer version of Decapitated - much fusion of thrash and metalcore here... I am not a fan of (pure) death metal, but this I could like. For the x-th time..! Check out either: Dark Tranquility "Misery Crown" and/or Omnium Gatherum "The Unknowing" - pick one, damn it! ;)
Check out Kvelertak - Bruane brenn, they sing in norwegian, but i'm norwegian and i don't understand much of what they're saying. So don't let that stop you

These guys were one of the fathers of Modern Tech Death when they first formed, "Mother War" off their album Nihility is one of my favorites.
The entire ‘Nihility’ album had 0 bad song, most of their albums don’t have bad songs but Nihility just had something different about it.
Hands down one of the best reviewers on you tube keep up the good work man and keep the vids coming
Love these guys! The singer is an amazing dude and and incredible vocalist. He’s actually my vocal coach! If anybody here is looking to get into metal vocals/is already a vocalist and wants to improve- Rasta is your guy!

DECAPITATED = PANTERA!! A TRUE BAND!! LOVE POLAND! ! THE TRUE GOD'S OF METAL!!!! NOBODY TODAY COMES CLOSE!!!
The song was obviously muted and sped up, in the end. The Polish twisted way.
