@@Tankernkids1369 my personal theory is that slipknot released that garbage of a last album as a big middle finger to their record deal. there has been interviews that they had said they were being constantly hounded and pressured to release an album fast, and they didn't receive the time they needed to make a proper album. so they released that trash heap, signed off and hopefully the next one they make is the fire heaviness that Corey promised this last one was supposed to be. pardon me while I adjust my tinfoil hat hahaha

I haven’t really been interested in extreme metal lately. Just hasn’t really done much for my taste… But if there is one band in this world that still gets me hyped to the point of wanting to set my living room on fire to fully appreciate them, it’s Orbit Culture. I’ve said it before, and I will say it again- They are *THE* absolute, undisputed, quintessential, literal *perfect* metal band. They are metal perfection personified. Simple as that.
Saw them live with Avatar a few months ago and got to meet Orbit Culture after their set. Insanely incredible live show. And they were SUPER nice and LOVED meeting their fans!!!!! Both the full album and EP made it into my top 10 albums of 2023, as well as top 10 live sets I saw this year
