Wow, IGN did you a favor by making an articoe on you! Found this on FB. I honestly thought that the reason it took so long is because you did the individual circles (which would honestly make someone insane), because I'm currently doing the same, with 1-2 units a day. I didn't think there were so many units. I guess you can kinda cheese it by just skipping right to the last section. But wow, this is literally TORTURE!
Yeah I really don't think it'd be humanly possible to do it every subsection without staying awake for 5-6 days. Which at that point its probably a health concern.
Watched the whole thing on my TV throughout the day and every now and then I would look at the TV like "Wow he's still going" you have amazing dedication!! 👏🏼👏🏼

Ay, cuando venga a Argentina o al Uruguay y la mitad de lo que aprendió quede completamente anulado debido a la conjugación especial y al pronombre único que usamos en el español del Río de la Plata. XD Casi todos los verbos cambian y el imperativo es completamente diferente, al igual que la forma en la que se acomodan ciertas palabras. Duolingo debería ofrecer cursos para las variantes más habladas del español, como el español castellano, el latinoamericano o el argentino. Como dice la cancioncita, "que dificil es hablar el español".
El voseo no sólo ocurre de Argentina Uruguay o Paraguay, sino de Chile, de Colombia y parte de Centroamérica. Incluso en Chiapas, estado mexicano que perteneció a Centroamérica, usa el voseo pero de manera muy informal

I did. There were some vocab words I didn't know before, like cirujano (surgeon) or ataud (coffin). But yeah mostly just obscure words like that that you'd almost never need in daily conversation.

You could cut the time down by maybe a quarter just by learning the hotkeys, turning off listening questions, and typing all the answers. I hope someone tries to beat this some day.
