@@TheCoachPlaysHe’s very one dimensional. Whatever team gets him is going to go through hell trying to fix his bad mechanics. To be honest I don’t think he’s going to be receptive.
It’s one thing to play out of structure by choice - another to be chased out of it. I posted a reply earlier specifically mentioning another video made by a respected analyst that showed Caleb consistently playing within the designed offense in one specific game, but it was deleted for some reason. Search for the video if you want the analysis. FYI: If anything, I’m a Fields loyalist and would prefer Bears trade the pick - especially now, after Caleb’s recent draft stunts put the Bears in a worse bind. But IMO Caleb deserves nearly every bit of praise he receives for his gameplay.
@@ragnarocking I have to respectfully disagree. Too many times he escapes a pocket when it’s not needed or moves when not needed. Showed examples of this within the video. Is he a good QB? Of course. The amount of talent he has is why he may be the 1st overall pick. But he has concerns. I do not see him stand in the pocket a lot and deliver down the field tight throws In anticipated windows. Too many times he is throwing after they come open and not before. He also is hardly ever under center which will definitely have to change at the NFL and that’s not as easy of a transition as you think. A lot of skill, but a whole lot of room for improvement.
What order would you rank this years QB’s in the draft? I really enjoyed watching Jayden Daniels myself and think he will do well in the right situation
He will be super hard to coach. Everybody expecting him to go #1. Bears will wish they didn’t have this pick, as they will be derided if they donttake him.
He really needs to get his camp of people to stop talking and work just on the draft process and put that head down and work. Too many other factors surrounding Williams other than football. Thank you for commenting
The Bears don’t need another Rex Grossman. If you were alive during that time you’d know exactly what I’m talking about. Undersized QB labeled as “Gunslinger” now it’s “Generational” stretching the play type QB.
@@TheCoachPlaysFacts. But do you remember all the analysts calling Rex a gunslinger, he’s the next Farve, cannon of an arm lol and place it where it needs to be, but turned out to be a chuck it a pray, couldn’t read a defense, undersized qb.
Backyard player, gunslinger. It will be too boring for him to play in structure. No anticipation. Big risk for Bears. Also, he only ever plays out of shotgun.
@@TheCoachPlays he for sure has the talent and he is banking on himself but we have seen so many QBs hit the league and never come close to being who everyone thought they would be. Playing against faster and stronger and smarter people. Bring that ego in a locker room full of vets and I’m sure get humbled quickly
I’m always concerned about QBs who play out of structure for the sake of it. “Hero ball” is a dangerous game…
Yes it is Billy . Fun to watch but it can’t be the main part of your game

He uses his natural talent to make up for his slow decisions. Defenses are going to eat him alive at the pro level.
Very well could

As of right now
1.Maye
2. Williams
3. Daniels
I wi be diving into them in videos coming soon so I may change my mind after that
He does great things at odd angles tho that can be a HUGE problem because even a light hit can injure him. Thats what scares me the most.
Yea, I'd hold off of the A.Luck comparison for now. They just said the same thing of T.Lawrence. He's J.Elway, he's A.Luck, smh.
Yea, I definitely don’t agree with those comparisons
Good stuff coach.
Thank you!

Definitely a lot of concerns that I agree with. Will be interesting to see how he attacks his deficiencies as a pro
He is gonna be the number 1 overall bust and if he doesn't get picked number 1 he will cry literal tears.

Trust me I was. If they had any better of a QB, they beat the Colts

If he can get in to an offensive system that caters to his talent like Patrick Mahomes well he already had Andy Reid an offensive guro
Yes but looks like he is going to Chicago, so they are not known to have that offensive guro

Who do you see as # 1? I thought Caleb would have been 6th and Marvin Harrison Jr #1
I don’t see a WR going #1. That’s too high

It’s a concern of plenty of others as well

What ego? Everyone says that but where’s the proof
Nice joke.
