i gave a drunk 20 bucks for all the dvds he had at the flea market he looked thirsty and he sure was i took some of the dvds at that time straight to the pawnshop got 300 bucks anyways i turned it all into 1000 dollars if i remember i also when back next week he was there again this time he was not drinking he he long story short i took that 1000 and kept going i lost count by now i also bought 1000 ebooks and turn key sites for a bucks and pieced them out on ebay for a buck to 10 bucks each it gets me when people say they can't make money they don't want to use there brain or even try

As a former Realtor normally banks want to see 20% of the total selling price as a down payment … There are many programs out there that will give you money to pay your down payment and you do not have to repay this money… Also, do not overlook HUD homes or Tax Lien Sales. 7th pc sold in last 90 days. Im rocking the high desert of california with awesome setups. It does take a few weeks to sell though. Took the profits and got my hawaii tickets last night. Not bad for starting in October and already have the funds for a nice vacation.
This episode came up in my recommended, and I ended up going back and binging the entire first season. I'm so glad you decided to restart the series after the car purchase. Mistakes like that happen to everyone eventually. What's important is learning from the experience, getting back up and continuing on strong. Looking forward to the rest of the series!
That final build turned out great! Just sold one with similar specs- same CPU, a steel legend x570 board, same ram, but it had a RTX 3060 12GB instead of the Ti. Cost me just under $500, sold it for $700. Good luck with the sale, I would bet you could get $800 (at least) for yours with a little patience and the right buyer. Good job
Hey man, youre young and right now its okay to make some financial mistakes like this. You will bounce back from this. From what I can tell you are a responsible guy and you are putting in the work to get to that house! I can see if you werent doing much and just made an impulsive buy but thats from it! Trust me, take it from someone in their 30s, you will over come this!

Welcome back. I just built and listed for sale a 3700X/3060 Ti system. My cost was a bit higher at $600. I'll probably wind up getting $750 out of it. I'm finding the hardest part of flipping, is waiting for the right hardware deal to show up.
Yea, I had just sold a pc for 800 that had an i5 10400f and a 3060 ti, and i built it for 585, so i made a good profit. you could probably end up getting 800-850 for that.
Nice inventory. I started buying more pc parts in bulk…found some wholesalers in my area. I found some companies that buy Amazon pallets with returns. Keep a look at in your area! Also, consider swapping CPU tower fan with rear exhaust fan. Aesthetically it will look better.

Rough man...Yeah cars are the worst investments, and have been through what you have been though I have never bought a new expensive car. It was just more car than I probably should have spent.Still thankful for the experience though lol.

Man I made the same mistake with cases over the holidays! I scooped an asrock ab350 pro4 w/ 2 m.2 slots, ryzen 1600, 32gb of 2600mhz ram, rx470, and 600w psu for $80 locally (hell of a deal). Ordered a sama q5 for a micro atx build and a diypc q3 for this build (thinking I read that it was micro or satx. Turns out it was only micro. Lucky it was around the time where BF and CM deals were still going on so I got a asrock micro atx b450 for $50 new on newegg. Crisis averted but it cut into profits. Now I'm sitting on a stacked motherboard for its generation and no cpu you put in it ;(

If you've got a lot of DDR3 RAM, compatible CPUs, and three GTX 970s then I'd throw together some cheap esports PCs for a quick flip. The GTX 970 is the first card I ever bought brand new at launch but these days it's really feeling its age and the 4GB (or 3.5GB to some) of vRAM is going to become more and more of an issue as time marches on.
KEEP the Ryzen 3 1600! Because if one of the MOBOs need an update for the 3000-4000-5000 series you can do that with the old CPU. (Not every MOBO came with the support for the new CPUs, but they do have BIOS updates. [Update via LAN or Pendrive.])
Fha loan isnt a smart decision. Yea you can put 3.5% down but your monthly payment on the house will be insanely high. With 15k down on a 400k home, your monthly mortgage payment will be over 2700 excluding property tax, utilities and maintenance. Save up a good downpayment, even if it takes a little longer and the monthly payment and the interest you have to pay will drop significantly
Cars are such a money pit. My view is to spend the minimum on a car that will be reliable, economical and doesn't look disgraceful, also the right size for what you need.
