you should really try her song “Bagdad” with the video - it’s a great mix between her soft high angelic voice and her lower ranges, it’s brilliant.

Thanks for your reaction! I knew when I saw your "Barefoot in the park" video that you were gonna like this performance. It's from an award show, the Goyas, kind of like the spanish Oscars. The song is a cover of Los Chunguitos (a spanish gypsy rumba group) that made this song for a movie in the 80's. I hope you're feeling better btw!

It's from Los Chunguitos - Me quedo contigo. This song It has some years and so many people just dont take seriously this type of music (flamenco or even flamenco/pop) but how Rosalía changed it they are totally amazed. I guess if a musician like Rosalía appears and makes you love flamenco like nobody could it has to mean something hahaha. She knew how to adapt the flamenco vibe to the pop industry.
Thanks for the comment! I couldn't agree more man! She ingeniously combined this style of music and culture with pop. I had never heard of flamenco before hearing Rosalia. And honestly, I just figured it was a traditional style of Spanish music (which is right to a degree). She's done such a great job at bringing this historic style of music to the mainstream in 2019. I'm glad people like her exist :)
@@fajitv9970 You could react to more music from Spain this last 2/3 years music in Spain exploded. So many new artists in a very short time and most of them are completely handmade no music company behind at all. The genres are so diverse compared to latin america which they have mostly is reggaeton (in Spain reggaeton is a deep issue too haha). I could recomend you some songs like:

@@RacsoLeinad Thats very true! I have to say, it's been the same in America recently. Labels and companies don't hold as much weight as they used to before the tech boom in the mid 2000's. Now anyone can buy musical equipment and record themselves. It's amazing! And that gives room for unknown artists to shine above the privileged ones. I totally agree with you! And ok awesome!
