Hey I clicked because I have a question. I have used shimmer lights before I just colored my hair I have been many, many, many colors even if it did not come out how I wanted it still looked good. Now, my hair is well it looks great, silver I wanted it white/ platinum which I achieved following Guy Tang. However, I put another toner in by shimmer lights platinum ice is the name and used a 10 developer that made it gray looking. I proceeded to put the rest of the product from (Tang) because I didn't want to waste that much stuff so I put it on my hair and yeah it looks gray now been wearing a hat not due to the color because it's not did (beautician). Will a purple shampoo take the gray looking color away? Thank You!

I have natural silver long hair, I worked hard at letting it grow out, I love it, but sun can make grey/silver hair turn yellowish, and after your review of the 4p, and others, I tried, I don't usually pay that much for shampoo, but I gave in, and when I used it, I didn't want to leave it on, til I seen how it worked for me. So, I used just a regular amount, made sure I got it all over, and evenly, scrubbed a bit, and rinsed and rinsed and rinsed....and to my great sadness, I have purple hair in the back now, and it won't wash completely out, well, it hasn't for about 15 washings. I even use clarifying shampoo...it might have lightened a bit, but I am very sad, very disappointed. Apparently purple shampoo isn't for me.
if you have natural silver hair, I recommend using a lighter purple/blue like color greydient by Redken. will def help with the brassiness without leaving a purple color since its meant for silver or grey hair

No4 & No4p is pretty much the same thing so yes you can use this instead! The only difference is no4p is the toning shampoo.
Ur hair before was one shade of blonde, now the after look it is different colors, I see gold and platinum and purple ends. Ur hair is now 3 shades

I find even if the bottle says to leave it in doing that risks purple in the blonde. Washing and rinsing with purple shampoo is just enough
The purple will fade fast. It happens sometimes due to the hair being porous. I’d much rather have purple and white/blonde hair than trashy brassy pieces.
I think you are supposed to use a dime size portion of this shampoo. You're hair looks beautiful.
