And some time later, The Simpsons would be moved to a better timeslot of 6pm on Mondays and Fridays (later Mondays to Fridays) and thus teatime television for my generation would be revolutionised!

Also they moved to BBC Two, because 6.00pm Mondays to Fridays was the news on BBC One. I was always surprised they had it on BBC One, suited BBC Two much better back then.
