The Duchess of Sussex, who played Rachel Zane on the hit series Suits, appears as a background extra in Clevr Blends' latest advert.
TalkTV’s Mike Graham discusses the story with royal commentator Kinsey Schofield and former royal correspondent Michael Cole.
Kinsey says: “This is her trying to have the last laugh.”

Just as maddening as calling the daughter a nickname that the Queen herself said she only allowed her dad and sister and her husband to use. She said that when Philip died, that name died with him. So I refuse to call Harrys daughter by that name and I won't refer to her as Lili either - I usually use either Lilly spelt that way on purpose but mostly I refer to her as Betty - coz Betty is a cartoon comic character from the Archie series. This is the same coffee in which she invested and talked Oprah into trying and apparently liking back in 2020. The same coffee which was originally found to contain lead (since removed), originally had an ingredient sourced from Xinjiang and is still not packed under hygienic conditions - same dirty floor, no hair nets or gloves, etc. It is also ridiculously expensive. If this is an attempt to make me laugh along with her goofiness, didn’t she learn a lesson from the debacle that was her appearance on Ellen? In 2021 Clevr Blends, received a notice for lead contamination, so Meghan went silent, but now that the problem has been solved, hopefully, she can advertise for the company in which she has invested money.
Am not sure that Megan representing this brand of coffee in any way is going to be a plus. It might actually hurt the brand and keep people from buying it because of their dislike of Megan.

I got drunk once when I was 19 and said I’d never do it again as I was…I don’t want to even think about what I did. and I’m a grandma now and decided I’d never have more than one drink again and haven’t. I’d gladly have Mike Tindall to take the place of Harry. And I truly believe that unlike Harry he will never betray the family. And he and Zara remind me of William and Kate in their love and playfulness. I really like Sophie and Edward too.

There is online evidence of a 60 day notice of violation that was issued on 24th August 2021to Clevr Blends LLC@ Santa Barbara, concerning safe products for Californians and acting in the interest of the general public. The nature of the alleged violation mentions the exposures of a listed chemical - allegedly Lead and/or/lead compounds. I hope Meghan has the product in good order and safe to imbibe.

These herbal coffees have been around for ages, even the mushroom one. I've tried chicory in the past. Clevr just marketing with words like adaptogens and ingredients that haven't been proven to have any health benefits. Just trendy and another waste of money in my opinion.

Having the last laugh with a company that apparently had lead found in a shipment of coffee and imported mushrooms from a company in china that was accused of civil rights violations.
My first thought when seeing this ad, was that this company is probably not doing that well, and since she's an investor she needs to "help" them out anyway she can. I also get the impression this brand is more for her kind of people than anybody else. The prices are ridiculous and it's powdered coffee (ugh!). The other thought I had was that she's too old for this ad ..she looks ridiculous with those younger people.
