This album has such a fresh feel with that evolution in the right direction. I know after this ones panned out their all going off to continue the other musical endeavours but i really hope they get back together again and again for more alexisonfire because they really have something no one else has when they get together and its beautiful.
I'd love to hear an interview for every song from each member.

Musically the song feels a lot like Burial too. Which I love. Adds to the nostalgia for me as well.
But in a way Mistaken Information kinda feels like an omen of what could come with Burial, if we're loose with interpretation.
The harmonies on this would not happen back in the day. The fact you all grew between crows/ cardinals now really shows, and my thought on hearing this was I'm glad you shared where you are now.
There´s something really special when these guys get together for Alexisonfire, it´s magical, We can really see and feel how passionate these dudes are with one another and how that reflects naturally with their music. "Otherness" came to remind ourselves that we´re all supposed to be here, this exact time in our lives, learning with the past, respecting it, and living the present. To be able to witness these gents still playing with this band is a hell of gift for us fans. much love guys 🖤

Wade's reaction is similar to the one I had when this song's intro came on for the first time. I was immediately moved by the keys and the vocal harmonies and, even though I can see how a song like Burial paved the way for its existence, it felt so different from what they had done up until that point. They really struck gold on that one. One of my favorite AOF songs now.
