@@BikerSin for me ai is way too slow, 110 AI and getting consistent top 5 in an alpine. had to start setting rules for myself so I wasnt cooking them so hard.
@@BikerSin idk how experienced you are but what I would do if ur on pc but just use the top players setups from the leaderboard, you can find a lot of time just by using their setups. Ofc they are for time trial so you would have to change the engine braking and tire pressures for race trim. You can test the engine braking in practice (if you use up all the red bar before the end of the lap, lower engine braking). What you can do for tire pressures is look at the steam workshops for race setups, then use those pressures.
Apparently the AI doesn't use the 'Overtake' ERS mode in qualifying, they just keep it in Hotlap mode. That being said, do you think you should stop using overtake in qualifying for realism and fairness? Just a suggestion, I discovered this from Chesnoid's stream and he only used Hotlap in quali so I though I'd let you know since your series' are always so realistic :)
I dont know why people complain about the new handling so much. I know I don’t speak for everyone but to me it feels much better and 100% a big step up from before

Still unplayable with the pace bug for me 😔. That along with the wet weather tyre bug still ruins it....
To stay competitive, run your engine braking between 90-100%
And you will always have battery to defend your self and stay with the AI

AI wont use Overtake in Qualis hence why they are so "slow"
