You can't use the phase "full self driving" unless it is "full self driving". It's as fraudulent as it gets.
Kevin. You can't sell a subscription service that could potentially harm human beings on the road and not take responsibility for ita action by saying its still the driver responsibility. I'm actually surprised the California DMV would allowed such service to be sold to consumers to be use on public roads.
Exactly. The fact the gov's allowed Tesla to go this far with beta testing in public demonstrates how lax it has been with Tesla, trying to help the tech develop. The handful of people killed by the technology had no say it its use, regardless of how many "future" lives are saved.
None of the goals that Tesla put forward were legally binding or promises. They were goals.
Exactly. People like to ask Elon for his opinions then they call him a liar if they don't share the same opinion 🤷
I think that’s the question at hand; is there any way to prove they were more than goals. Definitely unfair because Tesla is being targeted. Investigations can be positive I think, by simply uncovering the truth!
You can still get fined with misleading guidance.
@@dhui777 Ok, when did they do that?
Every CEO paints a picture for his company and tries to make it look as best as he can to sell it. Mcdonald's cheeseburgers don't look anything like they do in commercials
Painting picture doesn’t mean u pump ur stocks with hypes n PR stunts 2022 he promised his investors that he won’t sell Tesla stocks any more and he sold 3 times after each time he said this is last time and he put all money into buying drowning Twitter at such a unimaginably high price when people dumped his stock to 99
@@caliboy2498Remind me why he did eventually sell
The difference is that most CEOs also give out negative information and are honest about failures. You never really hear about failures from Elon. And when he on his own changes the direction of the company he expects all to follow.
You would see the exact same thing if VW went out and said “don’t invest in us if you don’t believe in xxxxxxxxx”.
Tesla was sold and invested in as a car company and now the ceo is saying that they are no longer a car company and so on…
Elon paints one picture with one hand on day and then an other with his other hand the next day.
It’s hard to keep up and it’s hard to know what’s true or not.
Ok but when will elon admit that tesla is just a car company? He has claimed Tesla is software company. Lies
...and if they go too far, they quietly settle with the SEC for peanuts because that is just the way it is done.
Sold as Full Self Driving - its not 100% automatous, don't think its ever sold as that.
Kevin. Please look at the definition of FULL.
Full Self Driving seem very clear to me as FSD 🫣. Tesla cars can't even back out in FSD safety due to it's lack the proper camera and sensors to do so 🤣💩👎
Don’t all companies do this though? GM could be sued then for not having 30 models of EVs by next year. All companies make tentative promises
Nothing seems likely to come from this. But Elon is definitely committing fraud in plain sight. I support action being taken against him where appropriate.
damn good point
Musk struggles with being honest. A smart investor would not take Musk at his word. This includes quarterly results
Elon also has been against LiDAR but Tesla bought $2.1M of LiDAR sensors in Q1. Hmmm…
Tesla has Lidar sensors on their testing/mapping vehicles. $2,100,000 works out to approximately 2100 actual lidar units.
If tesla had given up and decided to use lidar fleet wide, they would be spending orders of magnitude more $.
You're missing the point, which is, all the shortselling FUD monkeys are ramping up attacks ahead of the Shareholder vote on Elon's comp package.
And the fanboys are pumping, it’s all about the balance. There aren’t more shorts talking BS then there are fanboys talking BS.
nobody is shorting tesla now lol. float is super low. It's people dumping their shares
interesting point
tesla cultist baggies starting to sound exactly like GME baggies
Elon treats them how they deserve to be treated. F the SEC. TSLA isnt short term so who cares
explain.....Elon is acting like a spoiled, petulant, brat. How should they treat him? Are you a shareholder, are you okay with his eccentricities?
The problem is that if you fugg around with government you are sooner or later going to get fugged!
History is full of super rich people that have been betrayed and beaten by the people that they screwed with. Many super rich have thought they were untouchable just to find out that they weren’t. Remember Icarus!!!
I mean I know you are trying to stay unbiased but like Elon has said full self-driving would be fixed by the end of the year and that has literary for years ago so I do think it's very unfair for those who spent 15 000$ back then on a promise that they car would fully drive itself very soon, so if the goal post keeps being pushed how far much does it need to be considered misleading?
It is misleading, the question is if it was deliberate or not.
That’s the problem with Tesla today, more and more customers and partners have a harder and harder time to trust Tesla and Elon. Elon might be brilliant but he’s erratic and hard to follow.
I’ve gone from over 1000 Tesla shares to 5. Sold of in September. And I won’t go back in until I can see that Elon can keep a in a straight line for more than a month. There are so many more stocks out there that offers stability and likely profit.
No it’s not, they opted into an early adoption technology in hopes it would eventually be a thing, if they thought it would be live shortly after buying it’s on them. That being said it is a bit shitty but it’s not illegal. Also Tesla isn’t stupid they for sure have a legal clause in the paper work when signing up saying self driving isn’t promised but the end goal
Think of buying a video game early access and the team abandons the project
regulators need some accountability too
explain
Trump helps grannies to cross the road, Epstein did a lot of charity, why are there witch hunters!?1
@@dabeage Maybe go after real fraudsters and market manipulators, instead of going after Elon for nothing
@@dabeagefor the same reason reason companies need accountability… the best path forward is transparency
@@TurdFergusen how aren't regulator's transparent....they write the rules?
Their real biggest problem is that twitter is more free than they would like it to be. Carry on tho
U can’t put ur foot in 2 boats when one boat is sinking. Twitter was bought way overpriced with hefty 13 billion loan and with high interest rates loan payments r killing him with advertisers pulling back from Twitter now Tesla is oversold and sales r cooling off. His brags r failing on him now
@caliboy2498 nah the deep state is not happy with him uncensoring people. Follow elon opposition money to the top
@@caliboy2498Twitter has real time data on world news, data is the currency. Your short term view is from ignorance and Tesla is not value correctly since the bias would say Tesla is just a car company dispite spending tens of billions in Ai development from robotaxi to humanoid robotic. Real world experience be damn.
I got a Model Y with the 4680 battery. I ain’t trippin, I’m actually real happy with the car.
😢
I tried FSD when it was free for over one hundred miles then I turned it off and I’m glad it went away
Love these summaries Kevin! Great way for people who are at work all day to get up to date news 😊
That’s crazy people still have to go to a place to work.
By this logic, the SEC should go after all the OEM that promised a vehilce model, presented a concept car, etc., and then never delivered it.
Yes agree Elon should be more humble towards regulators in US just like when he deal with China.
Wow anyone who the establishment dosent like gets charges while the rest of the criminals carry on big suprise
Here we go. They dont look into CITADEL Or Virtue.
Most companies don't Troll them like Elon.
Politicians are paid by the public and don't get sued for missing promises and misappropriating our money . When you invest in a growth company, you understand the risk you are taking. If SEC can't deal with the volatility buy gold and stop wasting tax dollars on damaging companies that are contributing to the economy.
Whats the profit margin on the battery wall/ industrial battery applications
I’m still not understanding how it’s not cheaper to make the cells. Thought Tesla is about brining everything in house that they can. Isn’t there more margin there then brining in house. Also for megapack when they were suppose to have 1-2 terrawatts production a year
when you have to preface every tesla video with "I'm not a tesla bear, but..." then you're a tesla bear
hows your WING short going?
Elon didn't buy any Hunter paintings for millions of dollars.
Kev....the minute FSD gets released someone is going to put a package with a timer on the back seat or a package with a remote activation unit. This will never ever ever be allowed because it turns a car into a slow speed delivery mechanism.
Back after? Are you implying Elon isn’t a fraud?
And VW and GM and Ford lies? Moving to hybrids are fine?
every week it’s something new with tesla🤦🏽♂️
...so why do these guys think next week it will be better?
and GM get away with saying all type of shit, like they will surpass Tesla..... (in a short time frame)
But gm stock price not based on lies like Tesla
Wow, if they go after him for that GM has a huge issue on its hands when it comes to broken promises.
DOJO is great, they are already using it. DOJO 1.5 is being mass produced right now. They are sandbagging to please Nvidia.
...ah, the sweet sweet nectar they use in that koolaid. It goes down so easy, you just can't get enough.
"Selling cars at a high margin" is Tesla's moat? Bear in mind that Tesla are selling really slowly right now, because people can't afford them. Tesla can solve this by slashing prices (and margins) but there goes the moat...
This is ridiculous! I think the SEC needs to be investigated!
I think you need to be investigated.
I think you need to get investigated. @singed8853
@@singed8853I think you need to be re-investigated.

I mean they didn't care when Robinhood fucked us all over. It's all rigged
interesting thoughts...I wonder what Kirkhorn and Baglino have been up to the past little while?
You shouldn't even be giving the illegitimate disgrace that is the SEC any air at all.
Reuters has killed their cred. I think you make a great point but Elon has basically taunted regulators and shareholders. Its going to get ugly.
I think they have given genuine effort in producing 4680’s and most of their announcements. I think Tesla announces things way too early with goals that are more optimistic than realistic. It sort of like when people make New Year’s resolutions that are too optimistic and eventually many of those goals partially accomplished. However I do think the length of time that people and companies have waited on roadster and semi is borderline criminal being that a sizable deposit was required.
...ah, an honest assessment of the problem Elon has got himself into. Too bad you will now be shunned by the cult.
Bro I cannot believe you mentioned soaking 😂😂
Elon Musk messing with the SEC is like super mayor Tiffany Henyard messing with the FBI. LOL!!!!
Since we got Graham's reaction to the new tax hike. Can we also get yours?
Can’t post the link to the original document that included this video. It was an announcement that all Teslas now have the hardware necessary to run FSD. In 2018 that was the introduction of HW3, which today powers most of the cars running FSD.
This video clearly showed what FSD functionality would be in the future and was not intended to show what cars did in 2018. All these media stories omit the original document and context.
50% more density is not because of bigger size. Density means kwh pr kilo. What you are thinking about is called capacity 😊
When one con man report's on another con mans business
Remember when u were all about realestate in the beggining 😂😂
I can't imagine why the SEC thinks that FULL SELF DRIVING suggests autonomy in driving. They must not realize that FULL SELF DRIVING is simply an aspirational fantasy that is highly unlikely to exist in this century.
Bot is way ahead of targets. For Tesla some people only look at the negatives. Model Y came out 6 months early, hit musks Best selling by income and by volume metrics when Musk said it would, and Tesla is within 5% of their 2023 production estimates from 2016. So 7 years and only 5% off is pretty damn accurate.
L take. Look at the other ceos like Mary Barra whom promised a whole bunch of things. Wayve can license if they make it but who is going to compete in cost in terms of robotaxi?
Tesla just cant have a break the last 2 years.
Elon spoke against the prescribed liberal narrative and now he is paying the price... Sad.
How many car models did Mary promise?
Thanks for the video!
Look at the brighter side, at least nobody is mysteriously dying related to tesla and elon
...yet?
Why this never happened to Apple Steve Jobs? I wonder if TSLA can beat Apple market cap in mid term?
Kevin, it's marketed as "Auto Pilot", Full Self-Driving not Partial Self-Driving
Oh, I love you guys, the best market analysis! Seriously, why not mention Eledator?
You know when you're in the stock market it's like gambling. Not every company hits its mark. If you can't afford to lose the money you put up maybe you shouldn't be in the stock market. So that doesn't mean the SEC should be going after him for anything
Thank you for your research. I find your videos are well done. RIght now I'm keeping an eye on Eledator
Consumer reports ranked Tesla well below 2 or 3 other companies driving software.
Great video, very detailed and well explained. Also very fair
Nice, Ill be waiting for Strongman personal finance perspective on this one.
2 years of unforced errors. 🤷♂️
Elon answered that concern. He said that the SEC was overly critical of him.
...and Trump still claims he never banged Stormy.
Elon behaves toward the SEC similarly to you toward the police whom pulled you over in Florida. 😂
Greatest showman on earth without nothing to show 🤣😂. Elon is similar to Trevor Milton.
You didn't watch the Denholm presentation? If you want to watch a cash out, you should. You should ask: Are you a mark?
The whole car and truck dealership stock need to be investigated. especially CVNA.
All manufacturers have flip floped on battery chemistry due to rapid advances
Been sub since Covid 💯
All he has to do is hold out till December lol - definitely a get Elon situation.
Kevin trying to play TSLA again for puts and calls. 😁
All Tesla events start with a disclaimer about forward looking statements.
Hopefully, they'll do something this time. He promised FSD5 for 2016.....use your car as a robotaxi. 20 MILLION ON HE ROAD BY 2020. All lies
Not saying you're wrong, actually saying you're right. Same could be said about the SEC possibly being wrong, just like in the XRP/Ripple V. SEC case. Love the content, keep up the well seasoned perspective and enormous dedication!
Curious... Why are u paying to be a channel member? What's the real benefit u get?
As everyone in crypto knows: the SEC is a rogue agency
Yep the SEC is pretty sad.
Can you short it again? Need a rally
He shouldn’t be so political
I think the lawsuit is silly, but still.. "full" self driving isn't sold as fully autonomous? Lol
...I mean there is video, so yeah, it was promised years ago and offered as a get rich Robotaxi investment.
8:46 more like a double A battery compared to a D battery
I literally love Kevin man
A company needs to be able to pivot due to circumstances
*Amazing video, you work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires*
I mean the name of Full Self Driving could be slightly misleading lol
model Y dual motor is 4680.
Hey Kevin! From (Richmond) Virginia
How are you Kevin ?
They are hounding Elon, but what Tesla did with Tesla vision and fsd was bs.
Battery technology is moving fast. And that is good.
thx
So…all the cars will have fsd for what they paid for it as it improves forever…that’s the deal! No different when you buy software with bugs and support and you get patches
Totally agree. Elon has been promising FSD for over 8 years. He said it will be complete by years end for about 6 years. FSD is driving 350 miles between critical disengagement. The average driver has an accident every 500,000 miles. For FSD to be 10x better than humans, it must drive 5,000,000 miles between critical disengagements, not 350. Elon is betting the farm, and placing all of his chips on FSD. I am glad I got out. 15X my investment, as I bought at $14 per share. Will buy later when the proverbial you know what hits the fan. The longest inverted yield curve will bring a lot of opportunities when it will finally come.
carrots dangling relationship
I know they make impossible merely late but I’m disappointed in the pattern.
Please Kevin u have to do more research about Nio I promise is the future ❤
Yeah, even I was caught with the 4680 hype not knowing somethign is better in China. Once Elon announced LFP on the M3 RWD, I started digging and turns out to be the best battery out there. The slowdown of Tesla innovation since the pandemic reminds me of Intel when they were so dominant they chose not spend on innovation. Intel's margins profits ballooned and started a decline since AMD released the Ryzen brand of CPUs. Tesla's recent still pretty good margins without good products remind me of Intel failure. Good thing, Elon and his men are still in control and axed the weak
This is harassment!
This happen to every public traded companies. No big deal. JPMorgan get fined millions every single month while they take in billions. SEC want a piece of the wealth pie.
Agree with you
“So if the SEC won’t let me be, or let me be me so let me see.
They try to shut us down on CNBC but it feels so empty WITHOUT me!”
Let’s get down to business, Elon ain’t got no time to play around with this Diss
