Ira is so original and thats what i like about her… bless you dear.
My biggest issue with therapy was that I'm a student and it's not affordable at all.. This is such a great resource. More people should know about this, do market it more
Im a regular visitor to agatsu community.... very chilled and lovely place...have made some good friends..taking part in Many activities..those who want to be a part please dont hesitate its nice
In my knowledge, for starters, the best way is to talk to people, talk to as many friends as you can. make as many friends as you can.
develop a hobby like dancing, singing , writing , travelling etc, and be engaged in it.
Learn a new language, language-learning is proven in practise, to be good for mind.
family plays an important role as well.
One of my relative was suffering from blood cancer. Last week, he talked about his health problems on the Quint. And you know what now he is totally fit and fine 😊
You have too much time for spewing stuff on the internet?

Serve less privileged to get immediately out of depression
yes, how can you live in that country and not be depressed
Brave girl
As long as I have heard about her, she has been depressed 😑
If you're depressed then take your prescribed medicines or do meditation. Just leave your phone for sometime and take some rest. Kindly don't disturb the whole world 🙏😊
If you can't empathize or be aware or help others , at least keep your shit to yourself.
please dont be so rude. In my knowledge, the best way is to talk to people, talk to as many friends as you can. make as many friends as you can.
@@fellowgoodie Her mother adviced her "Stupid people say stupid things" and yet here she is announcing her "tragedy" to the entire world, inviting more "stupid" people and comments. Why is she doing this to herself? Nobody's asking her to stop talking, she can go and talk all she wants but in a manner which really helps her. Opening up to all and sundry, who perhaps don't even acknowledge you exist, who're themselves consumed by the maladies of their own lives and perhaps of more grievous nature, who're still trying to stay afloat, of course, they're going to be irked by her. Had she not had a famous parent, do you think these platforms would have cared inviting her to vent her frustrations with life? This is clearly for eyeballs. Also, do you really think she's being herself here? She's playing the victim while revelling in the attention. She's being dramatic while trying to sound intelligent and important, which is such a turn off. At least try being yourself, at least, accept yourself as it is, before you expect the world to accept you.
@@ladeeeedahIt takes immense courage to put urself out there when you have been low and you have famous parents, they have a lot at stake too. Sure she wouldn't get the interview if she wasn't his daughter but that does help that she is taking about it openly and providing resources so people don't suffer in silence. Also u had the chance not to see the video or not to comment on topics you haven't dealt with. Instead of hating here n wasting your time do something for yourself or for others like she is doing
@@bhavnaganiga6272 Lot at stake, like what?! List it down. The only thing I see happen here is a desperate nobody get her two bit of attention. Even that she squanders given the "interest" she has managed to generate. Yes, I got irked the moment this appeared on my screen and I even wrote a comment only to come back and watch this video because I felt may be she really deserves a chance and I shouldn't dismiss her just because. Nonetheless, her pretence and her being dramatic clearly revelling in the attention she thinks she's garnered is such a put off. Depression or not, I have issues with people not being their true self. She needs to be more sincere and accepting of herself before she comes even an inch closer to people acknowledging her.
You're entitled to your opinion but would that influence my take on the matter? No, not at all. I would rather sit with a friend and listen her out rather than a rank stranger abusing her privilege.
Why not Yoga??
Log ni sudhrenge comment section me kitne mean comments karte hn kisi ko target karke🙄
They're not targeting her depression, they're tired of her making a profession out of her depression. People like her make a mockery out of people who're genuinely struggling with this.
Copy pasting my earlier comment here if it helps you understand where people you find "mean" are coming from:

Yeeeeaaa...sala Amir logo ka bhasa or samassya😅😅
Ira Khan needs to work on her body and figure, otherwise beauty wasted. Being a daughter of Aamir Khan, I know she will turn out a great person in her life.
Famous for being depressed
😂😂😂😂
