Absolutely! 🌱 It's amazing how technology is transforming farming and making everything so efficient. What's your favorite part of the journey-from the field to the factory? 😊
It's amazing that modern technology can help process onions so quickly and effectively! Looking at each ton of onions being put into machines and processed automatically, I felt like I was watching a movie about the future. Technology has truly changed the agricultural industry, it's impressive!
From planting to harvest, every fruit is like a little victory - a farmer’s sweat, tears, and probably a few funny dance moves in between! 🍓💪 It’s not just about the fruits; it’s the whole ‘farm-to-fork’ adventure, complete with mud, sunshine, and the occasional squirrel sneak attack. 🌱🐿
Absolutely! It's incredible how technology is making farming more efficient and sustainable. 🌱✨ Which innovation do you think has the biggest impact on farmers' lives? 🤔💡
Wow, this technology is incredible! The way mechanical onion harvesters can dig up, clean, and collect onions in a single pass is mind-blowing. It’s amazing to see how these machines make the harvest so efficient while protecting the quality of the onions. Great video, very informative and well explained!
Thank you to all the amazing farmers who grow onions. Your hard work and dedication bring flavor and depth to our meals every day. We truly appreciate the effort you put into cultivating these versatile and delicious vegetables. By the way, do you think onions are so good in food because they really know how to bring tears of joy to our taste buds? 😝
Couldn't agree more! Sustainable agriculture is the future. It's great to see practices that promote both productivity and environmental health. Supporting farmers in this transition is key.
great video! i really appreciate the insights into modern onion farming techniques. but honestly, do you think the heavy reliance on technology might take away from traditional farming methods? there seems to be a bit of charm and sustainability in those older practices that we're losing. what do you all think?
really enjoyed this video, great job showcasing modern onion farming! but honestly, i wonder if relying too much on technology takes away from traditional farming methods. what do you all think?
Onion harvesting in hot climates must be so much simpler, these onions in the video look to be very dry even before being taken from the field but in our climate that just isn't often possible and there is a not insignificant indoor drying stage that is required most years before further processing can happen.
i live only about 10 miles from an onion farm so every fall we buy our onions directly from them. The last 3 years a 50 pound bag cost $15 directly from them otherwise before that it was $10 for a 50 pound bag for many years.
this video is really well-made and informative! i appreciate how it highlights the efficiency of modern onion farming. however, i can’t help but think that while this tech boosts production, is it sacrificing the quality of the onions? just a thought!
Great video! I really appreciated the insights on modern technology in onion farming. However, I can't help but wonder if the heavy reliance on machinery might compromise the quality of the onions. I've always believed that traditional methods often yield superior flavors. What do you all think?

Human labor should not be used as a substitute for machines whenever possible. Having said that, companies that use machines to eliminate human labor should also pay a social cost. People should be allowed to live lives where they contribute to society, yet are not just a cheap substitute for a machine.
These onions are really getting beat up by all of this mechanical processing. Reminds me of my youth when they went to mechanical brussel sprout harvesting in the UK. They lost the US market because of the lower quality. If you want high quality buy from small local growers.
What is remarkable is the narrative which consists of advertising blurb and minimal information on the processes. Garbage computer generated platitudes that serve to fill a space with irrelevancies. Was this the purpose?

Nice video with some great tech. I wonder if the factory workers get used to the onions and their eyes do not water?
My worst nightmare. Working in an onion factory. Be cryin' all the time and smelling like onions.
I think so too. Do you think they use chemicals to take care of the plants?
if you aren't already crying all the time then you're probably not paying enough attention...
