I have no clue sounds like you have a terrible connection to the server if this and the other stuff in the guide I linked didn't work I have nothing left to offer in terms of help
@@yrurgrhhrit actually is the further the server is from your pc the higher your ping so even if your router is as good as it could be you're still cant go lower cuz of where you live
Since we are changing spawn rates and spawn radius, yes, it will probably affect spawn rates for your farms, but if this is a problem, you can simply skip that step! The website in the description should have more ways to help lower lag without affecting mob spawn rates/radius.

you can skip steps that involve mob spawns to prevent that, also in the description is the site i used to find these settings, you can look there for more settings to adjust that i didn't cover in the video.

Besides removing some addons, or lowering the server's render distance, i'm not sure exactly as i'm not familiar with bedrock servers, maybe an addon is causing memory leaks? you could always test by having only one addon at a time and see which one seems to be taking up the most memory.

I don't think so, even if it doesn't use plugins, it still uses plugin software and I don't think you can have mods and plugins at the same time with aternos, there may be mods out there that can help with performance though.

Well your ping is how long it takes to communicate with the server, so I can't really fix that, just fixing how well the server runs

If nothing in the video helps then I'd suggest trying out making a server on Oracle, there are tutorials you can find on RUclips that can show you how

The default for my server is Java 21 instead of 17, would Java 21 GraalVM be a good equivalent?

yeah if you have farms that are spawning a lot of entities it could slow the server some.

If you change from vanilla to paper it will, either way, it's a good idea to download the world file so if anything happens you can reupload it!
