I charged my iPhone 6 all day, bought a new charger and charged it for about eight hours--stuck on the red battery icon. I tried holding down the front and side buttons for 10 seconds, then 20-30 seconds as one video suggested--no luck. I was uncomfortable with using a hairdryer but I was okay with the person who said they warmed it in their hands. I rubbed the back of it for probably a minute or two, then tried to restart by pressing the two buttons. The Apple logo popped up and the phone turned on at 10 percent. I'm now charging it in a warm room with a space heater going. But that was astonishing. Thank you.

It may or may not have worked on my iPhone 6s plus. I replaced the battery. I got a full 6 years out of that battery. Somehow I can't believe this process would have solved the whole problem. The problem in the video was a recurring one for me. The phone itself was saying the battery needed servicing and was only operating at 78% capacity.

It actually works. This is amazing!!! Actually, I went to both Best Buy Service Center and Apple Service Center to fix my phone this morning. They used some software to test the phone. And based on the response code they told me the main logic board is broken. I need to pay over $300 to replace it. I was upset and went home. But luckily I found this video. With a hairdryer, my phone is back to life! What a joke of these service centers! Thank you so much!

It won't last long tho once a iphone is at this point it'll have another issue again so I wouldn't rely on it for too long

Oh my gosh! Heating up my phone worked!! THANK YOU!!! My phone hasn't worked for over a week, and I didn't see this solution anywhere else...just on your channel, today, by a stroke of good luck. I placed my phone on top of my space heater, since I have no blowdryer or anything, and in a matter of seconds -- it was back on! Thank you!

THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!! The same thing happened to my brother's phone and was worried that he might not be able to use it for online class considering now that we are on a tight budget. But to our surprise, IT WORKED!! I am no bot or whatever, but I can guarantee, the blow dry method works! It took us about 30 seconds - 1 minute til it was hot and waited. We almost lost hope but I'm glad it turned on! I AM BEYOND GRATEFUL FOR THIS!! ❤️

Did you leave the phone plugged in while putting the blow dryer or did you disconnect it while you where blow drying it?
