Climax is the ultimate one! And it's Guliga Daiva in Shiva that meets Panjurli Daiva of his ancestors/father in the end! They're the protector spirits of the forests and villages within! They're taking a prequel to the movie for better understanding!
My suggestion of movie - You can watch Hanu-man Telugu movie! It's a super hero origin type of movie!
Just to clarify: The rifle always had an issue. The forest officer accidentally shot himself because the rifle malfunctioned. You can observe the rifle ejecting pellets from both sides in the previous hunting scene.
Also, it was Guruva's Spirit that was crying in the prison cell.
