I could picture the new Funshine dark ride be a trackless one or an interactive dark ride. Which ever type of dark ride gets built, I can see some projections, physical sets, animatronics and a few screens, as well.
At IAAPA there is a new design for Air Race, it has 3-4 groups of planes and each plane has a built in motor to make the flipping much easier with the assist. This new design also has a large capacity so the long lines are almost eliminated, its a great idea! Have you seen it yet Shawn?
Great video guys! I went to the park for the first time a couple of weeks ago, but sadly half of the coasters were closed, including Icon! I was a bit gutted after travelling all the way from the South but was lucky to get a ride on the Big One at least 😊
Hello! Great video. You guys should take a look into a trip down to Winterland at Bluewater over the winter. It’s a fair with a great lineup of rides including a booster, Extreme and an Afterburner. Look forward to the content to come.
That pathway by river caves is my epicentre of memories for black pool, I clearly remember going on river caves and it blew my mind as a child (I hope it re-opens), I went on a simulator ride for the beast rollercoaster in the USA and then I saw Dragons Lair and it made it impossible for me to see a cooler arcade machine.
Here’s a question: Do you think we’ll get new and updated scenes for Wallace and Gromit in the future? With the new movie coming out on Christmas Day, it is possible we do get some new things in there! Could be wrong though.
Its ashame all of the themeparks are closed now, however can't wait for the 2025 season, i have a couple of bucket list coasters to do, such as saw, Hyperia, mandrill mayhem and many others!
They need to make a model for Wallace and gromit with the big slipper actually breaks my heart seeing grand prix in that state because it was my childhood favourite I used to go round and round and round on that all day as a kid if there was no que the staff would let me go round again oh the memories
I’ve never actually considered how odd the icon queue line really is! It’s just a straight line down to the station practically so it would be nice to see just a few more turns to condense it a bit to stop the path from being blocked.
It's always sad to reach the end of the season, but it was great last day at the Pleasure Beach. Thank you so much for all your coverage this year. We don't know what we'd do without you. If you want somewhere to visit over the close season, especially for the Sanbrooke Adventures, you might want to have a look at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. It's grown to be a really big park now and has a dinosaur walkthrough with animatronics and some nice rockwork on the sealion enclosure. They have all sorts of animals: giraffes, rhinos, lions, tigers, Kirk's Dik Diks, and even polar bears! Sadly they haven't got any goats. On selected days at the moment, they have a Lightopia-style event going on, too. They've also got a big Ferris Wheel, but it doesn't operate every day. We only live five minutes away and go every week. We see something different every time and always have a great day. It would be something to cover over Winter. Thanks again, and have a great Christmas!
Great video Shawn and Charlotte from the final day of the 2024 season at Blackpool Pleasure Beach! keep the good videos coming on the channel, Shawn and Charlotte,.😀😃👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Black hole pleasure Beach your favorite Theme Park of the world if I went there, we would havea very good time. And by the way, keep up with the park and planet coaster 2.
Hi guys, thank you as always for a great video. Coming back to your bit on where Grand Prix used to be I reckon Pleasure Beach will put in a new coaster that is the new highest in the UK. I think a ride 245ft which would then bring it back to Blackpool.!!
@ThemeParkWorldwide when I emailed them as well they said it's due to the needs in times of evacuation to be able to see where you are going yet when stuff like that happens on Wallace etc they just switch on emergency lighting. Seems a recent change also
Wasn’t the ice blast known as the PlayStation I could swear I went there as a child back when it was pay per ride and a open a park hope they don’t take it away
The grand national needs new trains for sure. It was horrible when i rode it in Oct. I can only think they are too heavy for the track as on the double down drop it feels like its crashing down lol
When will charlotte be doing the big birth? I wonder if it will be covered in green slime and be birthed on icons spinning lifthill? Shawn will it be called shawn the second junior?!
Right?I hope in the rush to develop & attract more visitors they don’t forget their history. A funfair is a joyous thing and sadly, rapidly becoming a thing of the past.
Hey there, Mr. and Mrs. Sandbrooke, it’s nice to see Blackpool Pleasure Beach with all the nice Christmas decorations and the future developments that the park is working on, as well. 🎄❄️❄️❄️⛄️🎁🎁🎢🎢🎢 In my opinion, I’d like to see Grand Prix replaced with a new family launch coaster. Something like Big Bear Mountain at Dollywood would be a nice fit. I'm intrigued about what will happen to Ice Blast in the future. Also, my birthday was yesterday, and I turned 25! 🥳🥳🎉🎉🎉🎁🎁
Sad that Grand Prix is going. Used to ride that with my Dad when I was little. Lovely memories.
Same! My dad would be gutted if he was still here! He even talked about us going on that ride at my wedding!
It was a great family attraction
The fact they've already demolished GP make me hopeful something will be announced about what's going into the space soon.
Hopefully so!
A funshine dark ride would be terrifying
He terrified me as a kid. Still does! 🫣
I could picture the new Funshine dark ride be a trackless one or an interactive dark ride. Which ever type of dark ride gets built, I can see some projections, physical sets, animatronics and a few screens, as well.
The new flume duck jumpscare will be funshine 😂😂
It would be awesome 😂
1:10 that made me laugh so much 😂😂 love the videos 🎉❤
Listen to Shawn's laugh at 2x speed
@@TEKDEVELOPER😂🤣
I really enjoyed the last day of the season
Thank you for the photo with me I was so happy
It was a great day. Lovely to meet you!

That looks very interesting!
Great video guys! I went to the park for the first time a couple of weeks ago, but sadly half of the coasters were closed, including Icon! I was a bit gutted after travelling all the way from the South but was lucky to get a ride on the Big One at least 😊
The Big One is such an iconic coaster!
Hello! Great video. You guys should take a look into a trip down to Winterland at Bluewater over the winter. It’s a fair with a great lineup of rides including a booster, Extreme and an Afterburner. Look forward to the content to come.
Thanks for your suggestion!
I justed filmed a 2 hour video and it didn't record! I'm watching your video as a way of keeping my sanity 😂😂
Oh no!
£350 for a tiny piece of rail? Wow. I got my 1m section of complete Big One track for £400. 😂
The last day of the season at Blackpool Pleasure Beach and the rides are all amazing.
We had a fun day!

I highly doubt it , the park are already investing in refurb of ice blast and 2 brand new rides
Possibly so at some point!
Its ashame all of the themeparks are closed now, however can't wait for the 2025 season, i have a couple of bucket list coasters to do, such as saw, Hyperia, mandrill mayhem and many others!
That’s awesome! The 2025 season will be here before we know it!
Loved speaking to you guys! was great to see you both again. loved the vlog! ❤
Always great seeing you 😀
Great Video Shawn And Charlotte 😊.
Thanks!

Great final Vlog of the 2024 season at Pleasure Beach Resort Shawn and Charlotte
Amazing video, love Pleasure Beach and definitely my favourite park! I can’t wait to see what replaces Grand Prix in the future! ❤
Thank you, excited to see what happens!
Great video as always. I still cant get my head round parks charging £350 for what is basically scrap metal 🤣
It’s expensive!
At least you could see inside the alice in wonderland ride this time. Last time you went on it, it was in complete darkness 😂
Should ask how much they want for the race car that be a nice collection to have your garden be full lol
I’ve never actually considered how odd the icon queue line really is! It’s just a straight line down to the station practically so it would be nice to see just a few more turns to condense it a bit to stop the path from being blocked.
It would really help them out to re-design the queue now space has become available!
It's always sad to reach the end of the season, but it was great last day at the Pleasure Beach.

Thank you!
Hello Shawn and Charlotte 🙋♂️
Thanks for watching!
5:18 why does it look AI generated
Brilliant vlog
Hate how the fire exits are more lit than last time on ghost train. Hate that
Definitely takes away from the vibe
@ThemeParkWorldwide when I emailed them as well they said it's due to the needs in times of evacuation to be able to see where you are going yet when stuff like that happens on Wallace etc they just switch on emergency lighting. Seems a recent change also
Pleasure beach express best ride in the park if it had steam lol 😊
It’s a great ride!
Looks like we already need a new Alton towers video! Also any update when we are getting that project horizon video.
New AT video on the channel today with the latest news!
Hello Shawn and Charlotte
Thanks for watching 👋
I thought the firework music sounded like the Bolero tune from Torville and Dean.
Maybe so!
Wasn’t the ice blast known as the PlayStation I could swear I went there as a child back when it was pay per ride and a open a park hope they don’t take it away
It was indeed!
what brand is your gray coat? I like it and would like to get one but cant tell what it is. 😄
Shawn has a multi-million pound sponsorship deal with Hollister so it's probably that 😜
It’s from Superdry
When does Blackpool and all of it rides officially reopen?
in march 2025
March 2025
Have you been to Emerald park in Dublin just watched a video on it
We did indeed earlier this year
The grand national needs new trains for sure. It was horrible when i rode it in Oct. I can only think they are too heavy for the track as on the double down drop it feels like its crashing down lol
It can be very uncomfortable in many different seats now sadly!
@ThemeParkWorldwide it makes a vekoma slc feel like sleeping on a memory foam bed lol
When will charlotte be doing the big birth? I wonder if it will be covered in green slime and be birthed on icons spinning lifthill? Shawn will it be called shawn the second junior?!
Oh dear 😂
Wow, amazing
Thanks for watching!
No they shouldn't repaint Ice Blast or theme it to vikings. It's not a theme park and there shouldn't be any themed areas.
Right?I hope in the rush to develop & attract more visitors they don’t forget their history. A funfair is a joyous thing and sadly, rapidly becoming a thing of the past.
It’s not so much creating a themed area, but creating a nice aesthetic around that part of the park!
hey there
Thanks for watching!
I've got a golden ticket 🎶
What a tune 🎵
What on earth is Alton doing?
Check out our latest video… 😞
What was your best
Fireworks!
They should keep the formula One theme they should bring Ferrari rollercoaster to Blackpool pleasure beach
It’ll be interesting to see what replaces it!
👍
First + amazing content
Thanks for watching!
How random am I?
Not alot
😂
