Corpuls CPR still needs more work, it's a great idea, just that there are a lot of safety concerns about something like that pushing down too hard and killing the person that needs CPR
There are a number of flame resistant materials out there. Some melt instead of igniting but some also have high heat tolerance. It could be made out of one or more of these.

If that escape chute is anything like an aircraft's escape ramp/raft, I'm concerned you'll get scorched from the friction as you slide down it.
