Meguiars has always been a great consumer based product for a long time and trusted by many professionals. Since they were bought out they went down hill just a little bit. But they are coming back strong
I'm a professional detailer for 20 years, and I was recently shopping at my local ROSS(Dress for less) store and i came across this product for $4.99. I heard about this product, but never bought it. after watching your video I'm looking forward to using this on my customers car. great video, thanks
IntervalePC Thanks! It is a good product. What’s funny is I hate feet and I didn’t think I got it on camera and didn’t notice it until I was editing. 😂 Thanks and you too!
Brian, good idea for a demo, I liked the machine vs. hand comparison. I was surprised to see the results by hand were better. I agree its a good product, as you said readily available, easy, and for people who do not want to invest in equipment and product. I would use it as an interim solution if I had to spot correct and short on time. I have many friends who are not chasing perfection, just want to keep their daily drivers and soccer mom vans nice, and ask me for reccomendations, this is the ticket.
Jay Zstr Thank you! Yeah the side I did by hand turned out great. It’s perfect for those that just want to enhance gloss an apply protection at the same time.
I feel your pain man! I have a bad shoulder and arthritis too and a failed triple level spinal fusion after someone hit me. I’d love to use a polisher but I’m barely scraping by as it is. Keeping an eye out for a good one that’s second hand.
got this on clearance at an autoparts store for 7 bucks, washed, clayed and used this on my wife's outlander that has been neglected, has light scratches and swirls. the money I spend on this and the clay kit was less then 30 and I got my money's worth. night and day difference. Did it all by hand.
Very informative information! I've ceramic coated my Pearl White Model S Plaid last year when new, it's always garaged, and looks the same and still feels as smooth as the day I coated it, now I would like to add some protetection wax. I have a question: Can I just add Meguiar's Deep Crystal Wax to the paint or would I need to use Meguiar's 3 in 1 Cleaner Wax? Thank you for your help!
Good video man, I always saw this stuff at Walmart and now after your videos I'm gonna get me some, cause I wanted to try torque but idk yet but this stuff is a buy thanks man
I actually bought a bottle of this when I ran out of my normal AIO, and was in a time crunch. With a 50/50 pad it got some work done, and still finished down, easy removal, I was impressed. Didnt try it with foam. I think they should package it with a microfiber application pad, the hand users would get a bit more out of it. Thanks! 👍👌✌
Hahaha man, I was snoozing like a mad man this morning! Great video man. Nothing like detailing in pjs🤣 man that stuff amazed many hand! I mean my shoulder would definitely fall off after 1 panel but for those who don't mind heck I imagine this would do a hell of a job! Not bad for under 20 bucks! Time for a slice!🍕
Hi, my car is black and a 2016 model. The paint is in good condition, just some minor swirlss and scratches. I was recommended to get the mirror glaze + ultimate wax to apply apart from each other but the Mcguire agente said he also recommended the 3 in 1. I bought a rotatory machine polisher and will be using this 3 in 1. Do you think the 3 in 1 is better than mirror glaze polisher for removing swirls? And which one is safer for not cuting into my clear coat?
When you was looking for swirls on the side you did with the machine, I seen swirls that you kind of avoided, still a decent a video for a consumer grade product.
So I realize I'm a day late on this but....Personally, after you removed the tape from both I noticed the one you applied by hand kept catching my eyes. I think putting it on by hand would make things absolutely pop maybe before a carshow. Since your not generating that heat a machine will its going to be more dominant. I have actually used this stuff the gloss after about 24 to 48 hours turns insane. On darker colors it works really well later colors I haven't a clue. Great review.
