Hi Dave. Believe it or not I make this stuff chicken,too And I add:green onions,and fresh dill. My family loves it. Thank you making this dish,it is definitely excellent 👌 👏. For side dish I do salad,and rice pilaf. Mmmmmmmm!!!

Dave my friend , very nice recipe & yes on us & the girls , I may have to leave out the feta except on mine , I need to have the girls try feta . You & I are alike because I like the pungent, strong cheeses also. Keep your stick on the ice pal , BTW for a few sides I am going to make baby carrots par boiled & then sauteed' in butter & real honey , & some Greek flat bread or pirate bread, lol mighty fine yard bird , lol, you hillbilly, lol.

Ok, so my husband doesn’t like spinach or feta so I was thinking about doing a flavor upgrade to a garlic and herb Boursin instead of cream cheese and another kind of cheese. Not sure cheddar would work but maybe mozzarella or something. Instead of spinach, maybe dice up green beans really small so they’d fit into the finely cut chicken breast. If you have any other suggestions instead, I’d love to “hear” it. I’d like what you made because I like both spinach and feta. *groan*
Looks good as always. I can't believe I ran out of chicken breast. I plan on doing a pick up soon if it ever stops raining. I hate dragging groceries in the rain or snow. Was one of those days. 🙄
