Given that one of BoCo's scrapped brothers was one of the diesels hunting for Oliver as well as TheUnluckyTug's debunked video about it (as well as the trailer for this season), it does kinda makes sense for Oliver to have a grudge against BoCo before he saved him from being hunted again by 'Arry & Bert.
