Its called a stage pole, or a free standing pole.

For this kind of pole do you need to add weights under the panels or is it fine for one person on it?

Hi Louise, it is well weighted already and I have had two people on mine. I believe additional weights are available if necessary. I hope this helps! Happy poling x
