These watches are works of art and unless I hit the lottery I will never have a chance to own one. LOL I can still admire them by watching my Watchbox videos :-)

Beautiful episode. The 1815 Handwerkskunst is still one of the most beautiful watches I've ever seen.

Surely is one of the most beautiful ones. I was in awe when I first saw it, and I still am whenever I stumble upon one!

Another great episode. I enjoyed It a lot. Looking forward to see the new ZEITWERK on 25th of October 2022.

Likewise! I expect a Lange 1 like update, i.e. on the movement side rather than overall aesthetics.

Great review love the triple split for me the best time piece ever made. Do you think there will be an evolution after they finish making the last 100 pieces .? keep on the good work Alp

      Hello Juan,
So they already made the pink gold / blue dial variant in addition. Perhaps we're due to one more version, one would hope for a black dial / platinum :) But I think that has some years ahead, if it ever comes out.

Alp, don't you think the Odysseus is just a toy to please the market after all these incredible inventions :)

Hahah, at some point, it was inevitable indeed. For sure looking at it from watchmaking perspective it cannot be compared to the grandoise we have seen, but that's not the goal of the watch anyways.

I wonder why the Lange 1 perpetual tourbillon was so so much more expensive than every other Lange 1.

It is in the name, it is perpetual calendar tourbillon!

I will never buy a Lange . I have heard many bad experiences with this brand. Don't believe the hype.

Indeed, the sales practices of the brand has been published in several mediums, and so are the negative experiences. We discussed about that on the next episode. However, in my humble view, that doesn't change the fact that the watches are brilliantly done at all levels.
