      Thanks for watching, Taichi is slow motion of fast moves, if you want to just memorize the form, make the movement faster, then, to train in the slow motion!!

    Dear Teacher, thank you. I have always practiced like this, with the first part of the move holding the ball with the left art on top but recently I started feeling the need to practice the first part of this move with the left arm innerside the right arm on top , do you know why would that be , could that be that I picked up this change from some other style?
