If its a gray mini van, with green flashing lights, it was in Old Town Arvada today at the RTD Park and Ride. Ive never seen flashing green lights before
Lol 😅 😂
Colorado is a tweeker dump
Just the front range. The rest of us are chill
In this day and age if it's not a marked unit; I'm just going to keep driving if that one car stays behind me I'll change my destination to the nearest police station while I call their number and say I'm being followed by a random car that's doing it's best to identify as a cop car. If it is the actual police; you'll know rather quickly after that. If it's not; well we're at the station and my horn works. I'ma beep beep beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep till someone gets curious and or annoyed and investigates.
if you get pulled over simply dont roll your window down and ask the possible criminal who could be a serial killer for some time to pull out something and then make a phone call before you proceed?what if the fake cop has intent to do harm with a weapon that can penetrate your window and still hurt you or worse?what if it is a real cop and he thinks you are pulling a weapon becuse you are acting sketchy and digging around for something and you didnt roll your window down becuse you are in fear he might be a real bad person?Seems like a crock of shit to me either way you look at it .
No cop would be upset if you waited to pull into a more populated area like a parking lot, it’s actually safer to do that. You are also allowed to call 911 to ensure that it’s a real cop. I never roll my window down all the way, usually just enough to slip my ID out when they ask anyway.
@winry2357 that would be very nice if that's how it was unfortunately here in America there are many different types of police officers some are very forward and outstanding people and as we seen on RUclips and many other places sometimes the officers are not always looking out for your best interest
@@tonytafoya2190 I live in America. In Denver, actually. You are allowed to pull into a public space, especially if you’re being pulled over at night. It’s actually safer and most cops will thank you so long as you’re not driving for half an hour and passing a bunch of good places to pull off.
At Tacobells drive threw I seen a person pulled over by an unmarked police truck in Aurora. They where accompanied by a marked car.
Don't know what happened because the drive threw was fast lol
Hey, Fox 31 !
Why not warn about the REAL cops !!!
I’ve never had an issue with the real cops. 🤷🏼♀️ I’ve even had to call them on occasion.
It is a against the law to display lightbars and strobe flashing lights on ANY vehicle without a STATE ISSUED PERMIT TO DISPLAY EMERGENCY LIGHTING. Ask me how I know.
And this is 100% why cops should never use unmarked cars for traffic stop... Colorado is bad about this and is very unsafe and illegal to book.
Unmarked are good because people see a marked police car at a speed check and they slam on their brakes, even when they aren’t speeding. It’s illegal for anyone else to have the blue and red lights, so if you see the correct lights, they’re likely legit. You are also allowed to pull into more public spaces like active parking lots and you are allowed to call 911 to ensure the car pulling you over is a real cop. Just know your rights and don’t be dumb.
That advice didn't work so well for this woman...
