“The cognitive body understands if there’s numbness in the body or blockages or it carries wrong imprints, but how are we going to access that to change? Not from the head. We have another element that carries the cognitive mind’s message: feeling.” - Tsoknyi Rinpoche

Eureka this really is powerful! Half way through this I just did a meditation of surrender to my beautiful monsters. I’m experiencing the most incredible high. I feel whole, complete, happiness, all is good, I feel so good nothing is missing or wrong. I feel giddy., I have No fear, anger, or unmet needs or expectations or requirements. I am perfectly Whole & safe. As if my mind & emotions agreed with sprit. As if “I” came home I’m no longer lost looking to fix anything. Best feeling ever. I know Im not missing or scattered all of me is here. Absolutely beautiful I see perfection in me everyone else can be this happy too. Thank you. ❤️ Pretty amazing for a 5 minute meditation I feel brand new I know I can ask for anything because I need nothing & I’m guilt & shame free. Feel fearless there is no fear here. I’m completely Whole & at peace. 👍👍👍 Thank you guys thought I’d share this because meditation can be challenging. When I surrendered the experience & outcome it appears the I agrees to come home to spirit. When I choose to reflect on my meditation I opened up a whole new level of awareness ❤️ I went from fear, resisting others emotional stress, isolating myself to a beautiful new me. Free & happy. Have too much energy to sleep now & I was falling asleep before. 🙏🙏 Thank you Thank you

Speed is a drug, it's a blurring-avoidance strategy like so many others - physical, mental and emotional.
