    My lady you are God sent!... I have degenerative disc, and I love your stretches', I feel renew and energetic. I do your Pilates mainly along with some other stretches. I have always wanted to be flexible and I am getting there by your wonderful help. A hug hug and kiss to you!

    Hi Rachel, I enjoyed this class, your instructions are very helpful when I can’t see my screen properly! I like class descriptions aimed at beginners, or experienced, for example - no mention of age group as that’s irrelevant. I think I’m fitter at 70+ than I was 20 years ago.

    Lovely stretch for a busy (for me) day - have to manage brain fatigue, so if I choose to do housework, groceries, a gentle session like this is perfect! Thanks for the variety in these playlists, I can match energy/time I have!❤😊

    Did this standing plates in the fairly cool early Saturday morning. I love the standing exercises and I loved this one. Just right for this hot weather. Yes like other comments my arms seem short! Thank you for this video Rachel. Keep cool!

    I loved this workout. I am healing a bad knee so have been lenient on my daily exercising. This was perfect. I am gentle with my knee but was successful in all the moves. Thank you.

    Perfect addition to October week 2 playlist for me - after lunch today with a friend, a bit fatigued (walking, going out can be tiring with balance/brain issues (ataxia). Nice gentle session, keeps me moving and stretching!❤

    Great workout on a very hot day. I am recovering from a fracture of the upper Humerus so my shoulder and arm movements are rather limited. I'm writing the day after you recorded this session it's over 30 degrees here in Sussex. Many thanks. JennyS

      Ah thank you 🙏 I switched to the Keto green diet this year, perfect for menopause . Gained so much energy and lost 12 pounds, very happy. Might be worth you looking into, so much changes in menopause and the lead up to it 😊

First time via my laptop and there was the sign to buy you a coffee! Your classes help me through (yet another) horrible time w injury (a shattered wrist. A French rowing instructor to blame. I used to row on the Mediterranean). I haven’t been able to drive for 5 months and was always home alone. RUclips is brilliant. I started with 5 minutes and was exhausted. Simply switched off. I heard you mentioning the NYC ballet workout. I do that one too. The full hour now. I resumed my classical ballet so happy (I am 64).
      You are an absolute pro. This session was great. I also love your heartfelt Hello to everyone at the start. Keep up the good work. When my financial situation improves I will donate again. xpauline
