We have both be familiarized with this band before we even considered starting this channel. We definitely liked what we heard on this particular track. Somewhat different from the previous stuff we have checked out, yet still recognizable as their own style. Hope y'all enjoy the video as much as we did.
P.S. as you guys can tell we do not keep up with bands very well, since we only found out after shooting this video that Jackie was actually part of the band. Our apologies

hell yeah great reaction! yeah like you said new singers, the female vocalist is a new member, new male singer, and one old-school rap singer. the second vid ' Madness Within ' is more creepy lol. they fell into a nu metal sound the past albums, the new album is back to their experimental days IMO. this is prob their most commercial sounding song tho which isn't bad.. its damn catchy lol
The girl is actually part of the band, her name is Jackie laponza . I believe at one point they had four singers. J mann, Jeffrey, walon, and Jackie . And now there's this new guy Steve rauckhorst.
Great review! Actually,check out the time has come.If you like the softer side there are moments where it picks up.But,still very enjoyable.As far as singers there are 3 Steve Rauckhorst,Jmann and Jackie the lady you saw in the video.The album is titled A wonderful life.So be sure to give that album a listen if you like more songs.

The Flood is another one on the new album that I really like,they should release that one next 🤘
They have had 3 male singers Jeffrey Hatrix, and jman are the originals then later on j man was gone and they brought in waylon, then they had all three and not they brought in jackie. And jackie is also the drummers gf.
Actually MUSHROOMHEAD was before SLIPKNOT. I personally love both bands. Checkout The Heresy. Actually some of the better or heavier songs on the album are Pulse, The Flood. then there are good songs like Where the end begins. Jeff quit the band the new guy is Steve, Jackie is also a new member. I personally think this album is their best since XX. Rock on.

Check out the previous singers band A Killer's Confession. They just released a new single titled Remember.
Yeah origional frontman Jeffrey Nothing has retired from the biz and has been replaced by Steve Rauckhorst and Mrs Jackie was an addition for this album. Its definitely a different sound, but bands evolve. Unfortunately due to losses and family issues Ms Jackie has since stepped away from the scene for the forseeable future. The whole slipknot/mushroomhead "rivalry" was another unfortunate event. The whole reason being that people thought that mushroomhead was trying to ride the coattails of slipknots success when in reality mushroomhead (masks and all) were out a few years before. Slipknot blew up due to thr fact they were signed by a roadrunner records who market their talent, whereas mushroomhead (who turned down the contract that was given to slipknot, roadrunner liked the gimmick) chose to stay underground, having loyalty to filthy hands studio, who was run by a long time friend. Truth is there should never have been a rivalry, both bands are great in their own right, but things being the way they were mushroomhead missed out on a huge potential fanbase.
It's funny that people don't realize that mushroom head came out in 1993
Slipknot came out roughly half a decade later
In other words they started the whole mask trend before Slipknot so this feud was bullshit from the beginning

Hatrix left the band. Steve and Jackie pick up the slack. But I do prefer their older stuff.
