Please make a video for laptop preferred. And of there is specifically something to consider in a laptop for a student from specific branch. Also for mobiles and if tablets are useful or not.

Please do not underestimate the faculty in other colleges. Generally in engineering, the people who go into teaching are the ones who are not comfortable working as engineers. The world is different.

It is old thinking. Nowadays branch has better value if it is among IITs. Therefore new IITs CSE have better cutoff than old IITs non circutal branches.

Bhaiya ek important question/confusion hain....ki branch upgradation ka kya system hain iit main kuch seniors keh rhe hian ki 12-12 ghante padhna parta hain .....aur kuch seniors keh rhe hain ki aise kuch nhi hain regular raho classes main aur 3 - 4 ghante padho acche se toh bhi thik hain .......isse kuch bata dijiye pls confusion ho rha hai bhut zyada.......

Should one take Branches like Mining, Metallurgy, Textile, Biochemical, Naval, etc. In Old IITs considering they dont have interest in any particular field (might not even want to be engineer). Please respond

A good college like IIT every branch has a decent Decent jobs because obviously we don’t know our choices what we like children generally pursue computer science branch just because it has the highest number of packages not because they’re interested in computers so choosing college over branch is the utmost priority because Good colleges like IITs can provide you very good and decent jobs I can see in every branch but a But if you choose branch over the college and you are studying in a normal college then you might not be get the benefit of job security so I think EKNoor Bhaiya is totally right

I am getting IIT G and IITR mechanical IIT BHU ece and some of the newer IIT cse. From my mains rank I am getting IIIT A IT and MNNIT Allahabad cse. For me placements matter a lot and I want to study cse. I am considering IIT BHU ece (for the IIT tag) and IIT A IT(great coding culture) as my best options. What should I do?

Among good IITs Go with branch only. EC placement is top class equivalent to CSE. Colleges are more or less same. IIT will be IIT. Some will be above and some below in NIRF ranking. NIRF affects mainly research not UG level. Better you see the placement. I have seen a video of the placement at IIT BHU is very high. Actually it is better than many old IITs in placement packages.

No for sure. Otherwise what is use of different branches?. Also if recession is there non CS people will get fired on priority.
@@Well_done_IITD completely agree with you.. Non of our brilliant iitians are going to the core are be it cs or non cs... As a result we have so many fintechs, edtechs but only a handful of core startups.. see California where revolution started with core startups creating millions of jobs.. God knows where is our education system is heading towards.. thanks that non iitians are going into core areas.. 🙂

descrimination toh hoga hi ,
for example , civil has very low placements approx. 15%
where as mechanical has aprox80%
Nhi i meant like say a IT company is open for all so will it descriminate btwn mech and civil?

also , there are way many civil enginners than required ,
unless you have some expertise with civil , mech will always be preferred
