Hey Titan, Thank you for providing so much information for young people to learn and grow in this industry. I am inspired by your success, and hope to reach the heights in this industry. God bless
You know its good tool when Titan said BOOM to it 😁 but man I cant imagine how long would it take to change all of them cutting squares when they lost their sharpness
If my calcultion is right this massive 3” cutter is spining at around 3000 rpm and feeding at 110 ipm??? Please can someone confirm this if i am right? If it is, is that insane or what? =O
What a small machine.. Just work in the wind energy branche and you have machines, that are even bigger. I am working there and I am one the smallest machine, but our smallest machine is much, much bigger then this Makino. This Makino is nothing.
It's like saying: "Those CNC machines that are used to make wind turbines are nothing against the backdrop of giant forging presses, go to the Giva Group forging factory, there is a press 25 meters high, 15 meters wide and forging force 100 000 metric tons" Every machine and every mechanism for your tasks, try to machine gears for Swiss watches with the help of Makino t2, it will not work, because super small machines are needed for such purposes).
Makino is an absolutely a great machine company if you have the money!!!! you wont be let down i promise!!!!!
never knew hsk 125 existed. damn thats massive!
We have actually built a few machines that utilize HSK160. Face contact diameter on the HSK125 is 5" on the HSK160 it's 6.3"
125mm
So machine a life sized Titan in Titanium..

WOW !!! That is a pretty big machine with some huge tooling.
This is way beyond beast mode, more T-Rex mode, I run quick mills, this is a whole other GALAXY, GREAT VIDEO
Titanium:Boom
Titan:
BOOM
Wow. Serious machine, when you have customers with serious requirements.
I'd like to see that 125 next to a CAT60 just for comparison
I'd like to see a hsk 125 vs cat 60 vs capto c10

That cutter is worth more than my whole machine
Beast!
Hoorah...now we're talking
3:31 Does anybody know what is this weird convex tool on the right ?
That looks more like a workpiece to me.
@@necronomicon1472 yeah it's on a mini pallet thing, not a tool holder, that's what I think too
I don't know. You guys may be right. But to me it still looks like some kind of custom radius cutter.
@@NicosM51 It's a 3D printed part. Just used as a visual aid for programming.
Thanks for this video!👍🇩🇪
very god video..thanks for your time
to bad you didn't have a BT30 or a R8, that would be some comparison. BOOM! But that 3" end mill in the HSK125 was very impressive.
Show us the T4! BOOM!
OMG 200hp
Nothing new to me, i got two of them in my Garage
Price on one of those?
@@bashamurchison5965 whoosh...
(i believe that was sarcasm)
@@NARKISDUDE look at his profile picture ofc it was sarcasm :D
@@bashamurchison5965 If you have to ask you can't afford it.
But what's more important than milling machines? Knowledge.
Guess it''s a bit expensive for next Christmas?

Shop in my town has two of those. Wanna say they were $2.5M/pc.
Nope I lied they just have one. They have a couple of the big Makino Mag horizontals.
monster!
Makino means Beast
Titans next machine
More inserts on that cutter than teeth in a shark!
High dollar bar bells... :)
how do i work with you?
Many years ago I made a photorealist painting of a series of Makino 4-axis machining centers.
berternie.com/art/photorealism/expensive-tools
True 6axis or 5+1?
It has X, Y, Z, A, B, and C axes. When cutting however, you have to lock AB or AC offsets. You can only truly machine in 5 axes.
Hi
Can I work with you?

Apples vs oranges.
