    We are watching and learning. At some point we want to homestead and have a small farm. Sherry

      What are you learning? These rooms are dangerous to horses. How many centimeters does this board have? 2cm? Until it begs the horse to undress it with one kick. You would unbend this mesh in your hands. Not to mention the sheet metal wall? It doesn't look strong and stable. Sorry...

    I have a suggestion for your chicken's and turkey's, make a stall for them inside of the barn since they like it in there already.

    • @TheHobbyFarmHomestead
      @TheHobbyFarmHomestead  4 года назад +1

      We are planning on adding on to our barn and making a place for them in there.

    And just saying you shouldn’t keep a horse in a horse for a whole day, you should put them out in a paddock for the day then bring back in for the night.

    Did you get those two horses out of the same stall?

    • @TheHobbyFarmHomestead
      @TheHobbyFarmHomestead  4 года назад

      Yes they each have there own stall now. At the time we had my father in law's horses at our barn do to his barn flooding. They have since returned home.

      I have a stall that is 20x10 for that. I wouldn't recommend a stall to be any smaller than that.

    Why in hells name do all your horses still have their halters on? You don’t keep the halters on! Take them off!!!!!!

    • @TheHobbyFarmHomestead
      @TheHobbyFarmHomestead  4 года назад

      We don't leave the halters on all the time. We only have them on when we are moving them around or if they are in training.

    • @tome2806

      @@TheHobbyFarmHomestead Look at the description you put.. It says "We are attempting to build to extra stalls for are horses.
      That sentence makes no sense but is it *OUR or ARE horses. Basic elementary school grammar.
