Really? He tends to just piss me off by how oblivious he is tbh These vids always stress me out cause it's just Drae calling a wing nut a bolt, calling brass gold, and feigning being annoyed by the most basic mechanics to manufacture content for 15 minutes I could make a more satisfying playthrough of just about any game by playing blindfolded with my feet. He doesn't even have good dexterity so his mouse is flicking all over the place and never cleans anything in a satisfying way in these games. He sands parts like an 8 year old colors in a dinosaur Obviously I watch for other reasons since I'm still here, but I have absolutely no clue whatsoever how anyone could think his jittery and ununiform spastic cleaning could be anything _approaching_ "satisfying" This is literally the most frustrating channel I watch
@@Heroo01 Imagine having that many to pick about someone just playing games. Damn it I just made a comment about this but didn't look to see if anyone else beat me to it 🤦😂 I'm glad someone else knows their stuff too, I have my own jury-rigged electrolysis setup that looks almost identical to the one in the game, only my power source is the transformer from a junkyard microwave 💀

@Kevin O'Donnell hey, thanks for the cool info. it got me thinking a lot and honestly made my day, lol. Idk why I didn't think of that sooner. It hit me like I should have known because I've had an electrolysis tank, but for whatever reason, I didn't realize I could use it in another way.
You pretty much hit the nail on the head with what you said at the start, Drae. Most of these simulator games are from the same devs and it is a lot of reused content in a new game. Fine I get it. No sense in making it from scratch when you have the assets but still, it is nice when a game does come out from a different place. You can really see they went above the attention for detail and tried to set themselves apart from the others. Overall a good looking game! I'll have to follow this one. You just keep adding more games to my watchlist but I'm not complaining. Thanks for the video!
10:56 that's a homemade electrolysis machine! 😄 You'll use it to remove rust and electroplate items, like gold plating, nickel plating, etc. It really is awesome how in-depth and realistic they made everything because that's pretty much how my electrolysis setup looks 😂
The whole time Drae was dragging on the supportive Grandpa and I knew he was going to die. I miss those kind of memories, brought me back to my grandpa patiently teaching me how to BBQ and cut grass. You can't get that shit back so if you still have grandparents, go spend some time with them.
5:19 Just wanting to point out Drae, if you read the Tombstone, they say he's also a 'Grandfather', and died at 82 years old at that! So yeah, it must have been the player's Grandfather, not their father.
The tutorial ending with that drama bomb and everything getting real so fast was like the perfect way to get into the main game I can't believe how much story went into a little simulation game this thing is amazing!
Man, the narration reminds me of my grandpa and working with him, restoring a '67 pontiac GTO. Miss you gramps, sorry I sold the car but times got tough during covid :(
I've been watching Awesome Restorations since forever, and this game.. man it got me excited! Gonna get my hands on that 😀 Thanks for showing this, Drae!
I go crazy for all the different ASMR restoration video RUclips channels it's so therapeutic for me restoring old stuff in my house too so this is like a dream come true a game coming out about it ❤️❤️❤️😁😁😁
I liked the way you painted the corn crusher. From a continuity angle with the editing, I'd have suggested including when you discovered you could use multiple colours on an object. You just jumped into the middle of painting where you messed up.
Not gonna lie, ur my Fav RUclips. I donno y but I think it's cuz of the nostalgia from the good old times watching besiege. I get genuinely sad when you didn't upload
That was pretty cool, I love how Draegast is slowly heading down the route of asmr like games primarily because his voice and personality is very nice so it fits extremely well for friendlier games, not saying it wouldn't be absolutely hilarious to see him mess around in GTA V for example, but not many youtubers can play something like this, power wash simulator or motherload and still get tons of views, so congrats, and I really hope things go very well for you :)
this when I first played this was expecting the sad ending to the first job and the last job when I finished the pinball machine needless to say it made me cry because even though this is a game the story has merit to real life especially when there's countless grandpa and grand son out there restoring stuff like this creating memories along the way
This has a way better tutorial than the museum game it guides you but not to much only slightly and allows you to learn that you can change paint color and probably other things.
Corn crusher. I haven't seen one of those in years. It makes corn meal, you know for cornbread, corn cakes and fish batter. My grandma had one of those. We lost her back 76'.
LOL Drae, the "narrator" is talking to you like that because you're a child & he's your grandpa :D Much better than grandpa/grandson in the museum one lmao!
I'm really glad Drae finally realized he was a kid working with his grandpa. This was fun to watch
Im watching rn and i was like DRAEEEE
The feels man , the feels
Drae makes everything he plays look satisfying.
drae's videos are satisfying

Only two fasteners exist to Drae: nails and bolts
He even called a wing nut a bolt!
wingy bolt
@@drae my god that hurts even more
Pls make a series out of this! Would love to continue to watch this!
This game looks really promising, I just hope they add more stuff to work towards other than upgrades!!
For Someone who has never known his grandpa, this game hits even harder.
Glad I'm not the only one.
Man, the narration reminds me of my grandpa and working with him, restoring a '67 pontiac GTO. Miss you gramps, sorry I sold the car but times got tough during covid :(
Please more of this Drae, it’s very pleasing to look at. Keep it up
I've been watching Awesome Restorations since forever, and this game.. man it got me excited! Gonna get my hands on that 😀 Thanks for showing this, Drae!
Drae, we need more of this masterpiece
Wholesome Grandpa Tutorial is Wholesome AF and I am here for it.

This is so satisfying to watch.

10:59 "Is this lika a makeshift ultrasonic cleaner?" No it looks like it is for electroplating.
They're adding a detail brush nd stuff. The dev was in the chat of a streamer I watched play this and took input and said what's in store for it.
Drae is clearly an artist, that corn crusher is truly a masterpiece
Please play more of this game it looks really cool
so nice to see something from a different dev. new ui's and other original assets. nice
We need more of these
This game reminds me of the repair shop (UK) on TV. Love the program plus this game.
The way you edited the grandpa talking when you asked for his help 😂
This game is so freaking cozy
Drae please make this a series i really enjoy this game and would like to see you play more just like powerwash simulator!!
Drae I absoloutly love your devotion to this channel and have been watching you for a very long time.
Hope you and you're family are doing well❤
This game looks really fun. I can't wait to see more.
I liked the way you painted the corn crusher.

3:08 sound of satisfaction
Yay another Drae video
Watched a channel that restored something similar to the corn crusher. Very satisfying
This is a game up my alley for sure! I watch these kinds of videos here on the tube and now I'll get my own satisfaction haha
I love this. is wholesome AND satisfying.
Loved this!
We are closer to getting a genuine model kit building game. Unless there is a good model kit building game out there that i didn't know.
The feels though....
When the dad died, I started laughing for some reason.
(I hate myself)
The best Canadian.
The BEST londoner.
THE FEELS!!!!
I would love to get this game once I clean the dust from my PC. it's like what my dad does to some antiques if it needs restoration for the condition
The time laps was amazing good nod drea
It's always a good day when Drae posts!
This is actually a very beautiful game!
Oooohhhhh I cant wait for the next episode
Thanks Drae , funny and great to watch as always
The only thing I wish dre would do is upload more then 1 video a day

Ive seen those corn crushers in my grandmother's shed. And when my dad and I go to swap meets and antique farm equipment shows
I like the narrator’s voice. It’s nice.
Waiting so anxiously for the next French-Canadian video of yours to drop.
Very cool!

nice work drae
Why does drae always fun the best simulator game like no one ever play these good games but drae
Amazing game , it just hurts me that Drae never zooms in on the pieces.
I couldn't trust me I tried
5 minutes in and things escalated greatly. Gosh I miss my Grandpa and uncle so much
Edit: this game hits me in the heart
Remembering that time when he made a birdhouse with the hole in the floor. 😂
Great game, but the feels at the beggining dude.... That hurts!
5.16 read the thoumbstone, it says that he was a caring grandfather.
9:32 old man be looking like megamind there
The grandfather dying hit me so hard.
Love it
i thought the thumbnail was a game then i was like oh no its just another restoration video then i clicked it and it was a game about restoration.
Love your videos been watching for at least a year now

You're commentary in some of the games are better than the games itself. But this is a good one.
Oh, just come out and say it..."This one excites me...because it has Simulator in its name."
I was wondering when would you play this. It's such a good simulator game.
Drae please make a part 2 of the game it's so cool and so realistic
need more yes
i like this
This is great. Might be easier to use the zoom function for the little things.
It would also be easier for watching on the phone
Zoom function wasn't working
