Its 2024 and none of these comments have said this yet: Phantom ian is actually a phantom version of 1ianmario also known as the creator. His first appearance was in fnas 4 dlc reborn. The original one also was more bluish. And as of i know they are both not the same ian.

After you complete Encore, Beat Truly Impossible mode, to activate it you go to Lab mode then you set everybody to 50 and aggressive mode on, Phantom Ian and No light is optionable but if you're up for a challenge you can add those.
Phantom Ian is also a "clone"
There is two things left to do encore mode and truly impossible (all max with agressive turned on)
That's a new blue Sonic
This is a tip that I hope it can help you defeating encore challenge.
If you are struggling with finding phantom Ian and your vision is fading away get off the cameras
and hope that there will be a mask character because you are slowly going to recover your vision and give you some extra time to look for him

Phantom Ian FALCON PUNCH
Ian is pretty tricky, if you hear a knock, he’s at both doors so lock them both, if he’s in your office, press “reboot” on your reboot panel, it will make him go away, btw 2 punches kills you. If he’s in the left or right vent, put on the mask quickly. If you hear a laugh, he’s in the hallway. If he says “find me” or “search for me” quickly find him on cams.
