THe problem I see with the endings is that The Dalish deserve their own land, the Howes deserve punishment (I thought until meeting Nathaniel), the elves of the alienage deserve their place in Ferelden, the dwarves need help against the darkspawn and the Cirkle should have gotten their independence.
The respective boons for the Dalish elves and the lands of Arl Howe (Amaranthine) are granted anyway (no matter origins hero) so... only left choose between city elves, dwarf (commoner or noble) and mage. And i be curious if the Heroine of Ferelden (already Cousland) can be queen, Teyrna of Gwaren and Arlessa of Amaranthine... that would be interesting. More details in DAO Wiki :P
But that's part of what makes DAO great... No easy or perfect solutions, just like the Dwarf King choice (one being a tyrannical progressist, the other a benevolent convervative). I think that's a breath of fresh air when it comes to choice-based RPG, where you usually can solve every single world problem single-handedly.
cybercybex Right but I thought even in that case Anora is the one who actually gives you a boon since Alistair is still pissy at you for sparing Loghain.
@@astralaris8712 Not exactly, he's still a weak traditionalist ruler who can't keep the assembly in line, unless you give him the Anvil of the void. But if you do that, he turns into a tyrant, sends golems to dusttown and have them crush it, basically genociding the casteless. Bhelen on the other hand, he's a massive douche/asshole, but what he does ultimately is for the good of the Dwarves as a whole, but giving him the anvil has him give Branka too many people taht she finds herself in the same position as Caridin did.
FilosofiadiCazzeggio Dana has managed to use the toolset to restore cut content It's amazing. I hope they bring out a Mod that allows this to happen as I have to console command Loghain after the Landsmeet.
As a fully aware Grey Warden i do believe that the best option is: Be a dwarf - that way help will be sent to the dwarves to battle the darkspawn at the end Make Hardened Alistair king with Anora, make Loghain warden, Die at the end or sacrofice Loghain - Do not let an Old God survive, he may cause problems in future, maybe even another Blight With Warden Commander kill the Architect, he also may be causing many problems, making darkspawn sane, more organised, more tactical, it's dangeorous. Second game: nothing freackin matters, but seriously, besides Mage-Templar thing this game has nothing to offer Inqusition: Sacrofice Hawke, it doesn't matter who is the Warden commander, he needs to live and get the Wardens together
If you're queen yourself, you can imagine making whatever changes you like with regards to the alienage, the Dalish, mages, helping the dwarves, etc. With the Architect I feel the best decision (which isn't offered unfortunately) is to negotiate some sort of agreement where he can continue to free the Darkspawn to stop future blights on certain conditions, like staying away from the surface and, most importantly, no broodmothers so the Darkspawn population can't replenish. That might sound like an impossible demand but I doubt the Darkspawn have a reproductive drive (given they don't "reproduce" anyway; they're like workers in an insect colony) so I'm willing to believe it's possible. And if an agreement really is impossible, yes I agree killing him is better than letting him do whatever he wants.
Robert R you also know that peace with the darkspawn is nonexistent if you know how they reproduce yes by raping and making the women eat their kind flesh and vomit in them
@@wolfbatson7668 I know but darkspawn aren't animals so I'm not certain they'd have a reproductive drive. If they don't, they may be willing to negotiate a situation where they don't reproduce at all (especially if they can't die of natural causes) in exchange for various concessions. If they insist on propagating then obviously peace isn't possible and the living need to keep fighting them. But it's worth a shot.
All nice with the Dwarf origin petition until you realize in the epilogue that if you choose Harrowmont, is all for nothing. The idiot doesn't acept military aid from the surface because of "Dwarf traditions". Screw that!
Considering what happens when a Chantry is opened in Orzammar it's probably a good idea since the Dwarves would choose extinction over losing their beliefs. Letting in even military aid opens the chance for outside influence to invade your home.
@@leoncoben6983 So... screw our race? Let's go extint before letting humans help us? There were only 2 cities left before the Blight. What good has tradition do for them so far? +Samini the B So basically your problem is that you can't get all the race-associated boons, just one?
Yeah, a little. But how would it even be possible to achieve all. I understand why but it would have been nice if all was acheived ^^

I'm surprised Rica can forgive you after you kill Bhelen
+ryanbelcher25rb He was an ass that's how. lol :D
Bhelen is a better king than Harrowmont.
Bhelen is a good King. He is my king, I don't care that he is a kinslayer.
When you play as Noble-Dwarf, Bhelen deserves to die more than any other one and Harrawmont is then the better King.

I love the dalish ending
The Bioware want us to be dalish in the dragon age inquisition default the legend of ferelden is a dalish elf

Yes i recommend doing a dawrf noble run that sides with behlen its very interesting

Lol it makes them interesting that they have such a view on those who leave to the surface
the sky is a lie
It's funny but it doesn't make any sense. If it were true, they'd be stuck to the roof constantly in Orzammar.
how u get ur dalish warden to look like that is it a mod or wat
how do you get that mark on your arm?
with possible paragonhood
