Hey, hang in there. Looking at your channel, it’s only a matter of time until you take off. If I can give you one piece of advice: I know this is difficult because it is tightly linked to personality and how you just are, but I think talking in a more engaging, emotional way could help. Try to smile, to crack a joke from time to time, and just generally be a bit less "robotic". I don’t want this to sound offensive and apologize if it does, I just think it’s something to think about.

I think also one reason this video didn't peform so well is the title, it feels a bit long. Maybe try something like: How to be a new youtuber in 2023
