    Ella, thank you for this recipe! I tried this today and it was so yummy! I ate mine cold for lunch at work and it was such a delicious meal. I already made another batch tonight for tomorrow's lunch. This time I will add strawberries.

    can't wait to try it out! could you give advice on cacao powder? I bought it once but not sure if it's the right taste of cacao powder 'cause I just never tried it before

    If I would not add Almond Butter just cuz I have recently no would it make a difference in regard of the consistence?

    did you use quick oats? , also what would the measurement for oats be in cups?

    are these oats gluten free?

      All oats are gluten free but you can get gluten-free oats to avoid any risk of contamination with other gluten products x

      it's supposed to be only for one but honestly, it's different from person to person. maybe for you this isn't enough or too much. just do how much you want!

      I haven't tried this warm sadly, I imagine that flavours would be delicious as a porridge but I'm not too sure about the quantities x

    50,gr is your normál oatmeal portion?dont you feel stucked after that much of NUTS?and almomd butter??what does usually follows after such a breakfast?

      I feel really great with nuts, this is a normal sized breakfast portion for me x

    lol. Not so quick if you have to do the washing up. Five dishes to wash for one 'quick' meal. (scales, roasting tray, pyrex jug, jar and bowl).

      Rayne darlingnowcom.wordpress.com/ not if you roast them in tin foil and use an electronic scale while putting everything into one jar. Then eat strait from the jar.
