A guide for completing your Annual Registration

Tenancies must now be registered with the RTB on an annual basis starting on April 4, 2022. Landlords must register their tenancies every year on the anniversary of the tenancy start date.
This video will guide your through the Annual Registration process via your RTB online account. If you have not already done so, you must first create a new account and link your existing tenancies to it.

Why do they call it annual registration when the tenant is already registered don't they mean annual membership fee taking money off landlords for nothing
