My first reaction to this was that this sounds like a heavier Dream State. Then I did some digging and found out both bands are from the UK and both vocalists are named Charlotte. Now I wanna see both bands tour together.

If you've not checked these bands out, you really should they're equally as good. The world over is pretty similar to this or there is JINJER or Spiritbox which are all great.

Arch enemy, crazy eight eight, Lauren babic is boss screamer, red handed denial. Baby metal, su doesn't scream but the songs are catchy, well written and she's a very good vocalist. Marmozets
There are dozens of power metal bands with female vocalists. My favorite is probably Unleash the Archers, Leaves’ Eyes, or Frozen Crown.
